My landscaping knowledge basically stopped at knowing I needed new sod, the old bushes removed and replaced, and some kind of erosion control along the side of the house. Adam, the owner, came out to give me a quote and immediately put together a thoughtful design plan--plants, rocks, mulch, sod, and everything else--while staying within my budget. After waiting almost two months on an amateur who failed miserably, I contacted Jerry, who made himself available to meet with me promptly. He met with us and went over everything he would be doing, and gave us peace of mind on how he could right the wrongs that were done. A few days later, he was at work. Grading, DONE. Soon after that, sod DONE. Even with rainy weather. No excuses, just a professional job done for a very reasonable price. I will definitely call him first for anything else I may need. In addition, a large tree fell and completely destroyed the attached deck. Josh and his team responded quickly, replacing the roof, clearing the lot of fallen trees and overgrown brush, and removing the large tree that demolished the deck--all within one week. Tarwater Services was exceptional in every aspect of the project: communication, pricing, quality of service, and timely completion. I experienced no issues whatsoever.
