I eventually stopped using them due to ongoing poor service. More than a year after I ended our relationship--and after having paid all their invoices--I received a new bill with no clear explanation. It was unclear whether this charge was even legitimate, as I had already been fully invoiced for their services. When I raised concerns, the managing director, Ira Feldman, called and threatened legal action if I did not pay. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this accounting firm.

I questioned them for years on the inventory issues and finally fired them a year ago when they suggested I use someone else's sales tax ID to order wholesale items for my business. I had an independent accountant review my taxes and it turns out that they had in fact counted my inventory correctly every year and in 2021 alone I am due an amended return of $22,000 minus a $12,000 disallowance from the IRS. We still have to do 2022-2023 amended returns. This company has put me at risk of having to file for personal and professional bankruptcy and losing my health insurance as a disabled person. I cannot express how horrifying this experience has been and how they have screwed up my life and finances for the foreseeable future. Avoid at all costs If you are a current small business client with inventory products AND material components, get a second opinion, because they may have screwed you over too.
