I wasn't impressed with my reading or with the reader. Nothing she said resonated, yet she was overly confident. What she did "predict" did not occur, in fact just the opposite. I had a reading today and feel it wasn't worth the considerable fee. I have consulted with many intuitives over the years and have a strong sense of when someone is able to connect and offer meaningful insight. I did not have that sense with MaryLee. I was also taken aback by the cluttered/untidy state of her office/home. It did not make for a relaxing experience. I noticed that other reviews posted here are from some years back; perhaps she was having a bad day/week. Nonetheless when one is paying $200+ a session, one expects the person will offer a certain quality of presence. I note the comment you posted and stand by my review. I canceled the first appointment due to a migraine, the onset of which I could not have anticipated. Your rates are high by any measure. Went to see her once three years ago. Her style is very "friendly conversation". I talk to several psychics on regular basis. She is the worst as nothing she predicted came through. I had my reading with MaryLee today. First I can say that she was very easy to schedule with and prompt with my appointment (which is always appreciated!) she was very professional to speak with from the first moment we spoke ! Reading wise, I think that people see a psychic or medium because something is on their mind and I felt that she was able to understand what the crux of my issue was and provide guidance with the issues that I had at hand. I do think she had a understanding of my situation and was able to help me with her guidance. The things that she was picking up were spot and thought provoking for me. She got very frustrated with me because I couldn't help identify who she was talking to. She kept talking about women who had passed, and I don't know of any. She told me it could be an old neighbor trying to come through, or someone like that, and I tried to nicely tell her that I didn't know enough about my childhood neighbors to help give her information. I tried to make connections to what she was saying with who could potentially be my loved one, but the details were just so not familiar that I couldn't stretch it. She told me to just accept it and to talk to my family after the call. I tried to explain to her that my father is dead, thus part of why I was talking to her, and she just got more frustrated because I was unable to validate her details. I was hoping to connect with my late husband, father, or my father-in-law, but she was only able to talk about grandparents details that i couldn't place, or passed women that I had no idea who were. She later said that the grandfather that was saying "that's my girl" (I never met one of my grandfathers and the other died while I was very young and we were not close with at all) could have been my husband. She did spend tons of time talking to me to try to make it right, which I appreciated, but she literally brought me to tears by getting so frustrated with me because I couldn't help her identify these random women that were coming through (literally all of the women in my family that I've ever met are still alive). It ended up being more traumatic and upsetting for me than anything else. read more
