Unfortunately, I was wrong and when I arrived I was told she had left to run errands and would be back in 1-3 hours though her daughter could do a reading instead. Her daughter called her to let her know I was there and she denied us having an appointment. No one is worth this kind of rude and thoughtless customer service.
