Placed an order from Work and when it was opened half my meal was missing. I spoke to them and they said they would leave me a gift certificate and I should come pick it up to replace the order. I went to pick it up and after 20 minutes of explaining to three people they tell me it's a credit and the next time I'm in I should come and spend another 20 minutes fighting for them to find it again. You already kept half my food keep the money keep your food. I'll never order from there again. read more

For a place called "Boston Pizza", youd assume the pizza would be a star meal. However, this was NOT the case in my experience. I had the large MEATeor pizza with a large garlic finger, i dont know how you forget to add garlic to the garlic fingers but they somehow did it. The crust tasted like dry styrofoam, the pizza was no different. Tasted like it had been left out, not warm, flavourless as eating cardboard. Staff was kind and prompt with service but other than that, experience with the food was not great. I would recommend eating pasta sauce on cardboard as a more flavourful meal, as opposed to spending 65 dollars on cardboard with ham. Also, the "donair sauce" tasted watered down with tears of employees. read more

Came after work for a cold drink and a bite to eat as it was way to hot to cook inside the house. Sat at the bar and girl doing the drinks was unpleasant as could be asked for a couple drinks they didn't have which was fine. No offer on the drink menu just walked away. Finally came back after 15 min and I got a drink menu gave me a food menu and didn't ask so I just paid for my drink and left. Terrible service, not friendly at all. Won't be back. Don't come here if you lookin to take a load off after a long hot Day. read more

I stopped in at Boston Pizza for takeout recently. Like other Boston Pizza restaurants across Canada, the menu offers pub fare including pizza, pasta, salads, appetizers, entrees, and desserts. The food here is on the pricier side for what you get, so it's good to look out for special deals here. They offer buy one pizza get the second pizza for 50 percent off (13"-15"), $10.99 Gourmet Pastas on Tuesdays, and half off appetizers during happy hours (I believe on Wed 4PM-CLOSE). The restaurant has the dining room to the left and the sports bar/lounge area to the right which has TVs and sports memorabilia (framed jerseys) on the walls including a signed Tom Brady Pats jersey. They have several beers by bottle and on tap offered. There is also covered patio seating, open during nicer weather. I stopped by after the lunch crowd was gone and placed my order and paid for takeout at the hostess counter. Since it was Tuesday, I ordered the Jambalaya Fettuccini (regularly $17.75 plus HST) served with garlic toast. The food was all set to go in about 10 minutes, pasta packed in a rectangular foil container, garlic toast in a foil sleeve, and extra plates, napkins and plastic utensils included. The pasta portion was a good amount of food for the special price paid ($12.40 with HST), soft thick fettuccini noodles mixed with spicy Italian sausage, chicken, mini shrimp (clean), tomatoes, green peppers, green onions in a hearty marinara sauce. This spicy pasta dish was quite good and the garlic toast was very buttery. There was a enough food for two light meals. read more

Walk in and was greeted nicely. Not busy tonight. Sat at the bar for 15 mins and nobody paid attention to me despite workers talking to each other, both looked at me and 1 other person at the bar. I left and ate elsewhere. I may go back once I forget this experience. read more

I really like Boston pizza for going out with friends in groups only thing I'd change is the donair sauce it's too runny not east coast enough like real donair sauce everything else was good , drinks were good , timely it's a good environment for the family or a good environment to have a couple peach mojitos with the girls on your birthday. Definitely recommend if your looking for a fun night out with some good food. read more

The BPs in Yellowknife sometimes get delivery orders wrong, but I was glad to see that they got everything right the first time! Even better, they told us that it would take about 1.5h, but they managed to get their within 40 minutes! The only reason it's not 5 stars is because they couldn't take a gift card we had through their machine. read more

We had an early dinner here yesterday. Our server was great. She was very attentive and friendly. Typical Boston Pizza atmosphere and menu, but we were looking for something familiar anyway. My daughter really enjoyed her kids pizza. My burger wasn't as hot as the gravy I ordered. But it was still good. read more

Ordered pizza delivery from here as it was late and I wasn't familiar with local dining options. The delivery took 45 minutes as promised along with a delivery charge. The food was warm when it arrived and the taste was similar to what I've had for other BP locations. read more

I'm going for three because I absolutely love the Jambalaya Fettuccine but I would actually give less if not for that. I'm sorry but the price of the food here for the quantity and quality is actually just sad. 15$ for a sandwich with vegetables on the side ( about 6 pieces of boiled vegetables is just plain sad). Tacos run 14$ with no side and the pizza prizes are just unbelievable! This place is not nearly worth the prices they are asking for. We came for a friends birthday and only for that reason as there are plenty of restaurants that have better quality for a cheaper price. Change your prices. read more

We use to love BP, and everytime we come to Canada we make sure to visit BP. But this time was not a good experience. First off our waitress disappeared for a half hour, and we had to ask her for our starter salads. After a bunch of excuses that the kitchen is backed up, she brought them out instantly. They were ready and sitting there, just no one brought them out. Then the rest of the meal came out at the same time, so now our table is stacked up with food. As we started to eat out pizzas we noticed that two of them where under cooked. You could see the grated cheese stands, and only the top was melted, like you get would get at a bowling alley or concession stand. We use to think Boston Pizza was a good place, but not any more. Our conclusion is that the overall quality of food has dropped a lot and is not worth the premium that they are charging. Too bad, and very disappointing. read more

Decided to go here as a quick before work meal. Was not disappointed. Great speed of service waitress was attentive for the most part. Food was excellent and pasta was perfectly cooked and very delicious. Perfectly sized portions as we got the half sizes which is a nice option. It was very quick from ordering to food on the table . Overall experience was excellent. Location was very clean, staff very professional. We were seated within earshot of the kitchen and even the kitchen staff were not loud or profane. Wow! Good food, very quick and friendly staff. They give to my kid a color book for passing time. 6.99$ for her lunch, brevage and a dessert not so expensive. Tasty meal and original. Convivial ambiance. For sure, I will go back to try more on the menu. read more
