Came in for dinner on Saturday night - my boyfriend and I were both thinking pizza night! We were able to get a seat without a wait. I ended up going with pizza - trying out the gluten free cauliflower crust with Mediterranean toppings. It was delicious! My boyfriend tried a piece and agreed that you can't even tell it's cauliflower crust. I would order it again for sure! He went with his fav dish - the jambalaya and it didn't disappoint! I tried a couple shrimp and sausage pieces which were very tasty with a good hit of spice and heat. Our sever was attentive, polite and friendly. Food and service very poor. The Alfredo sauce had no cheese taste to it... tasted like unflavoured white sauce and there were a total of 4 very small shrimps in the dish. The best tables outdoor dining.. some were 6 seater tables and others 4 seater tables with single male occupants watching sports on TV who would hoot and holler every time there was a score whereas we were seated at a table and chairs on uneven ground. I fell off my chair while reaching for my napkin which had fallen on the ground. Not even a server who saw it came to ask me if I was alright. i had not even finished 1 glass of wine when this happened. Another patron came to tell me she had fallen off that exact location before. I like to support local businesses after this pandemic but I will not be going to Boston Pizza for a very long time read more

First off, I have never been a big fan of Boston Pizza. Maybe if you are into drinking you don't really care where you end up or how good the food is?... I have given this location a couple chances, being in Midland there is a lack of places to get a bite to eat. If it is after 9PM you can just forget about it! The last time I was here, we waited and waited and waited for our food to come out, and the restaurant was super quiet for a Saturday night. We didn't order anything too complicated either, just a burger and a chicken salad... After an hour, we just left. Nobody came to give us an update or even refill our water. So dissatisfied with the service here tonight. Waited for food for 45 minutes to have only half the food arrive, and then three out of the four orders that did arrive were wrong. They corrected that in less time than it took took the 4 remaining orders to arrive but by the time the last 4 people at our table were served, 2 of the first 4 were either finished or near finishing. The child's (3 year old) meal was the very last one to arrive! Asked to talk to the manager several times (by name) and was told "he's too busy in the kitchen". Uh, what?!?! Unacceptable!!! Thankfully a large portion of the bill was comp'd but I doubt our family will be visiting this restaurant again anytime soon, let alone referring anyone! My server Raven was smiling everytime we saw her. The food was mediocre but the service was above and beyond. I hope when I return, Raven is still there because her charismatic personality lit up my day and turned a bad day good. The service was ok, but I hate the food. Boston Pizza has really gone down on its food tasting. Everything tastes just blah. I got a pasta and it was dirt cold and tasted like they just opened a can of mushroom soup and dumped it on some noodles. I couldn't even eat it. I am working in midland temporarily and i have been to Boston pizza 3 times in the last week. I had two good bartenders but the girl i had tonight cut me off after 4 beers. I work my ass off all day them go to the bar to be cut off because i look "tired". Bull shit. read more

Small portions for what you pay! Loud atmosphere and the food is standard at best. Nothing special here. There are definitely better restaurants in the immediate area. read more
