Usually we find great places. But from the management to the service it was all bad. I should have checked the yelp reviews. Ordered the salad chicken they over charged us. Our waitress was not bad but as it got a little busy ! Svc got slow ! And. It acceptable. As for our bill charges for stuff we didn't get. 58 $$ for an average pizza and a salad that had beets in it ? But it was Julien sliced and could not taste it. Then when the pizza arrived I asked for oregano. the girl that delivered the pizza to the table didn't know what the spice was. OMG. So sad. The service was very good. We decided to order soups and then pick our meal but after I got my baked French onion soup (lukewarm onion soup with a piece of bread sprinkled with a lil cheese. I said nope not ordering anything more let's go. So disappointing. The ambiance was noisy we were the only people in restaurant and it was blaring. Sad, always like Boston Pizza. Been here a few times this year. Every single time I go I want to come back less. Terrible staff. Waited over 10min for our waitress to just come up to our table. Communication skills there suck. I will never recommend this place to anyone and this is by far the worst Boston Pizza in Saskatchewan if not Canada. Not once did they come to refill our drinks or ask how our food is. Not only has this happened with one waitress/waiter but multiples. Get better staff that aren't bitchy when they are serving and know how to do their jobs. I understand people have bad days but cmon this is a job you applied for so do your job. Will no longer come here so I give credit to the people who are still choosing to waste their money here. Went there on a Sunday just before 7pm. Absolutely the worst food we have ever eaten at a Boston Pizza. Worst dining experience in years. Service was slow and unresponsive to requests. Overall atmosphere was loud and messy (under table had 3 used paper napkins and crushed food underneath). Large Meateor pizza and Chipotle Bacon Penne arrive 5 minuets before the kids chicken fingers and fries, and the Big Dipper. Both Stone cold. Kids meal had 8 (yes 8, we counted) fries. Big Dipper and fries sent back because it was so cold, came back microwaved and soggy. 1/2 the large pizza was all crust (4x.pepperoni 2x sausage 3 pieces of ham). Sad. Manager didn't care. Lack of quality control, zero customer appreciation. Worst BP ever! Wasn't even busy. read more

This is the best Boston Pizza I've been to in Canada. Great service, great food, and just overall good people. This location has improved greatly in the quality department in the last few years. Noah is a great manager, Houston is awesome at the bar, Nathan and Garrett are great servers, and Jo Jo is a fantastic chef. My two requests are to not EVER under any circumstances run out of Black Bridge Brewing IPA and to work on your pricing for Bulleit Bourbon. read more

This is a restaurant and sports bar in Swift Current Saskatchewan. I like the sports bar...the best in town with large tv screens. The chicken salad was excellent with all kinds of goodies in it including pecans, tomatoes, cucumbers, bacon, cheddar etc. Be sure to get the dressing on the side. Staff were very polite. Pretty good atmosphere with 7 TV screens. Located just off the transcanada highway. read more

After driving for 14 hours it was nice to sit down and eat. Food was basically ok; but just ok. The Lasagna wasn't baked or layered; it was simply Lasagna noodles with sauce and baked cheese. The Chicken Parm was dry and had obviously been cooked earlier. The accompanying spaghetti had a really nice half and half sauce. We don't live around here so we will not be back. **100% do not re So I made an order to be delivered of a salad and a few other things which took an hour to receive but I figured they might be busy. Then when they brought the salad they had put Parmesan on it which I specially ordered without (I asked multiple times on the phone for them to not put it on). So I called them and told them they made a mistake then got put on hold for a long time. Once they actually agreed to bring me a new salad it took them over an hour to bring it (did I mention they are like a block from where I was) and I had called after about an hour and the lady on the phone said "yea, they are talking about you in the kitchen" After I received the salad it tasted old and leathery. Great food, great deals.... Always something new to save some money on.... Pasta Tuesdays are the bomb how many can say they ordered a Smokey spag with Ceasar and fed a family of 4 with it!? For only $16! Plus the wine was half off! Had a great night out, saved money and was able to give waitress a will deserving tip! read more

One of the worst Boston Pizzas I have ever visited. It is a straight up embarrassment to the franchise. Waitress put me in a dirty booth, and gave attitude when I asked to relocate. After I sent my pizza back 2 times, they asked me if I wanted it packaged to go and gave me a bill without saying a word about the horrendous customer service I received. I will never return to this restraunt and I encourage anyone else considering eating here to save your money and eat somewhere worth it. This place is not. read more
