I receive zero exercises to do at home, no explanation or feedback on progress (or rather lack of). Also, I was never given appointment via a scheduling software and never received confirmation emails or calls. But received a bill for a mystery appointment and Brendan never bothered to return my voicemails so we could discuss the bill. No I would NOT recommend Second Wind Physical Therapy due to the lousy services that I witnessed and experienced.
