The waiter was very attentive and kept bribing us water and made sure we were satisfied. I'm a pescatarian (rarely eat fish) and I was very pleased that there was enough meatless food options. The vegetable was super fresh, several salads to choose from, great refried beans, two different kinds of rice, some traditional vegetarian Mexican dish that I don't remember name of. And there were also three delicious soup to choose from as well as many desserts. If you like ceviche, make sure to try theirs! Also, their crab spread (house made) was pretty amazing. Overall, I liked the place a lot and the food was good for the cheap price. (We hardly paid 20$ including the tip for both of us.) However, when in Mexico, I prefer eating on the streets because the food is simply the tastiest. Drinks are not a part of the buffet option so I had to pay extra for each drink. I sat down at the first empty table I could find (no one lead me there), then a waitress came and asked for the receipt, I gave it to her and asked what I wanted to drink, I asked for a limonade with no ice. 15 minutes passed and she came with the drink but 80% ice, I told her I asked for no ice and takes my drink and comes back 5 minutes later with it. I went to take a look around what was available, everything looked decent so I went in. EVERYTHING was cold or halfway there, even if it was just placed in. I was too hungry to care at the moment so I kept serving my plate. I grabbed some meat (cold), pizza (cold and the cheese tasted horrible), and some tortilla soup (the tortilla strips were old, you could tell they been sitting there the whole day or more, the soup itself was warm and tasted good). I went to get some onion rings, I have no idea who told them they were made like that, not only did they taste horrible but looked disgusting. The ice cream was okay, some cookies I found were also okay. We waited about 5 plates at a time for someone to pick them up, the workers were just chilling, talking cracking jokes and not doing much. I understand people need to cool off for a while but there's a difference between chilling for 5-10 minutes with your coworkers to then get back to work and just talking and talking the whole time. Two of them literally talked during our whole visit (about an hour). I do not recommend this place, they have lost my business for a really long time. I hope they improve soon, especially if they want to continue charging that price.
