I had an issue with my sprinkler on a Wednesday. I called Springtime Irrigation on Wednesday and Johnny said he'd be at my house the following day! When I told him what was wrong, he told me it was an easy fix and he'd come over on a break between jobs. He was not only on time, he was EARLY! How often does that happen when you work with contractors? Not only that, but he repaired the broken elbow joint AND replaced my sprinkler head (wasn't broken, was just old) and didn't charge me for the part. Talk about above and beyond... Springtime Irrigation was willing to come out on a Saturday and quickly fix a leak that had occurred with my sprinkler valve. After talking about the valve setup I had they recommended burying the sprinkler valves underneath a manifold. They came back a week later to finish that job as well, making certain everything was up to code. The work done by Springtime Irrigation was of good quality and professionally done. You can tell they love their work, showed up on site with smiles everyday. They were very flexible when I added a change order for a fence blind to hide my trash cans and changed my vision of what I wanted my flowerbeds to look like. What a joy to work with them, they did what they said they were going to do and got finished one day earlier than I needed.
