To all the shoppers there, watch your boxes/gatchapon from the clerk who may switch it out. Mind you, this is my first time experiencing such a thing that happened and I've shopped there so many times, but nothing like that has ever happened.

He spent well over an hour with me, patiently walking through countless combinations of styles, shapes, and colors -- not rushing, not upselling, just exploring what really worked. He was thoughtful, kind, and extraordinarily knowledgeable, and it was clear he genuinely enjoyed the process of helping me find the right hat. That enthusiasm was contagious; time absolutely flew by. I left with a beautiful hat and a matching scarf, each with its own story -- down to where the wool came from and how it was made. That level of care and passion isn't something you can fake. It's obvious that Jessen and Andria care deeply about their craft, their customers, and the experience they create in the shop. This was, without question, the best experience I've ever had in a hat store. The selection is fantastic, but it's the heart, expertise, and hospitality that make Salmagundi truly special.
