LOVE this place. All the workers put such hard work into keeping everything clean, aesthetically pleasing, accessible, and priced well. It was my boyfriend and I first time coming in. I was really excited and even told the cashier how excited we were. I never write yelp reviews but this was an unreal experience. She was very nice but what ended the night terribly is that she lied about the prices on every single item we asked about. We are in no way, shape or form cheap either, but for example, we asked the price for one necklace and she said it was 22, then last minute after the transaction was cleared she says sorry it was 28. Another necklace I asked about , she first said 13 then when the transaction cleared and we asked why the total was so high all she said was "oh sorry that was actually 18". The problem was that we would ask a price and still be given the wrong price when she would go to double check and walked out with a 110$ tab because we were lied to. We asked if we could refund one necklace since we were lied about the prices and she said she could only do 12$ in cash to excuse the extra 6$ on each necklace. What about the leftover extra money we wasted thinking items were priced something else ?. Overall like I said she was very nice but we hated that she didn't know anything about the store or the prices. We literally parked just outside to see the receipt because she wouldn't tell us or show us the prices totaling up until after the transaction cleared and we had to come back in because we didn't even get a receipt the first time . like I said we walked in after realizing we were lied to about all the prices on the everything and still couldn't get a decent return or refund 5 min later. Mind you she never gave the first receipt when we first walked in and purchased. Just when we came back in and asked why everything was not priced as she said. Overall cool store but be careful with the workers because they didn't really know much at all and we wasted wayyyy more money than needed because of their lack of knowledge on the prices. read more
