I love how they only have 2 people on the floor that do nails. One time it took an hour and a half for a pedi, the lady kept disappearing. She wasn't helping other customers either. Idk wtf was going in. Strange. I am glad I only get gel bc that takes at least 1 and 15 min and that's WITH an appointment. It has never taken less than that! One lady is doing everyone's nails and its just crazy. They always tell me to come back tm bc sometimes there isn't anyone that does gel/acrylics in the building. I could do gel myself but like to save myself the time... Even though it takes half as long if I do it myself. So bottom line the 1 or 2 people who actually do nails are really good bc they get plenty of practice but make sure you have nothing to do allllll day if you plan on going in. Used to only go here for pedicures and to get my nails done because both were the best! "Son" left for Chicago so there went the best pedicure in town and creative art work, but Tomas was there for art work. Tomas always did awesome job on nails but was slowly being worked into the ground. He complained that he wanted days off but owners said no. Now Tomas is GONE!!! I had a pedicure over the weekend, showed the guy a picture of a simple polka dot design I wanted on my toes and he was unable to accomplish the task! I went to Botanical today to get nail fill done and there was a new guy and I asked if he was " very new or a seasoned nail person" and he said he has done nails for years. I showed him a flower design I wanted on a French manicure I wanted and the response was "I don't do flowers or designs!" You have to come back another day! Seriously?? So the owners have lost their best nail technicians and have others that have no nail art ability. The owners don't work everyday and when they do work they are swamped because everyone wants them to do their nails. Botanical Nails has made a great mistake! They also no longer run spa tubs when you get a pedicure and now it seems as a customer you are limited to just the basics in nail color. read more

When they are good they are great- when they are bad you have to live with it for two weeks. There is only one main nail guy and he has developed quite the clientele so be ready to wait. Finally had my nails taken off because the wait time was insane- usually about 45 mins. Something that is supposed to be relaxing just ended up being a pain because of the wait. read more

They want business so when you come in they say it will be a few minutes but really it's about 45 min to an hour. I used to go all the time when they first opened up and they were great but even after a year it was dirty. Now it's disgusting. I took my daughters there and walked out as soon as I walked in. Went over to their other salon by togos and it was pretty clean but they were very rough. I must say though that they do a great job with the brow wax but still it's dirty in there. Sorry but we are taking our business elsewhere until you guys start cleaning up your stations and the salon in general. read more

Took my Husband in for a manicure and pedicure. They were not busy so they started on him right a way. When customers started coming in however they could not get rid of him fast enough. They did a half ass job job and almost stroked out when I asked about the legality of charging customers a fee to use a credit card....with so many great shops around I wouldnt waste my time here again. read more

If I could give it 0 I would ..discusting dirty nail clippings all over the place..kim the owner dosnt wash her hands after eating or doing other clients or clean the station before sitting another client down..I had to put my fore arm on some one else's towel..it had lots of stuff on it..yukk. A lady sat in the chair after me and had to put her arm on same towel and wait for kim to stop texing on the phone, the lady was getting impatient.not friendly either, plus kim had to take her son home half way through my nail service...lol what a joke this place is. I went to this place a few times with my sister and my mom. We love the place and the people. Most of the staff are very friendly and nice. The price is very reasonable too! I would give it a 5 stars if it wasn't for the bad experience I had yesterday. I came in early and there were already 3-4 people waiting, but there was only one worker (supervisor I believed). She was not very friendly at all. Then a few minutes later, some other workers came in. The supervisor started to point and yelled at them something in their language. I didn't understand what she said but the way she yelled at her workers were very unpleasant to the ears and was kind of rude! We all looked at each other and tried to figure out what's the problem but the workers seems calm and were smiling so I thought it wasn't that serious.... Anyway, my french pedicure was beautiful and the lady did my nails was awesome. I will come back here again but try to avoid that mean supervisor for sure. read more

If I could I would give this place 0 stars! Awful service! Treated my mother for a mani and pedi. Her nails didn't even last 30 min when one of them fell off. We went back and got it fix. Then not even a week later my mother started feeling pain on her thumb she decided to remove the fake nail due to the pain and discovers that she got a fungus from the salon and her actual nail fell off days later. Sadly, the best place in Patterson for nails.$20 dollar pedicure with hot rock massage was great.Went back a second time for gel manicure and was very disappointed. My manicurist got up in the middle of my appointment to take someone for a wax. When she did return the manicure was rushed,she gave me the incorrect nail design,even after seeing the image several times,and I did not get the normal massage with lotion. This was one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. The nails came out good, but it was not worth the time they took. I was a walk in, so I expected to have to wait a little while. They first didn't even greet my friend or I. They didn't tell me how long I was going to have to wait. They took my friends manicure, took an hour with her. Then finally 45 minutes after we walked in they took me. I needed a pink and white fill with one repair. The girl they had start my nails had no idea what she was doing. She obviouslly wasn't trained. There were other customers in the salon yelling at the workers, making a scene, making my friend and I very unfomortable. Then I got swapped off to one of the acutal nail technitions, the one that got yelled at by the other customers. He ended up being very rough, cutting me a few times.Drilled so much my nails are still sore. 2 1/2 hours later and $45 down. I am one very unhappy customer. They used to be great. Went in 3wks ago for a fill. Took Jonny 1.5hrs to do a pink and white fill. My nails are uneven, lumpy and too think in some areas. Then they wanted to charge me a FULL SET because it was supposedly a, "Back fill". Plus $4 extra for Gel coating. Really? I told them, you've never charged me $4 separately before. They didnt charge it after arguing with them for 5 mins. Will NEVER go back. Their service is terrible. read more

I walked into the shop and no one acknowledged me. I had asked what time they closed as I picked up a business card. Someone came towards the counter and said now, we are closed right now! I found that a bit strange since there were other people getting their nails done. The business card stated that they were open til 7pm, outside the hours posted said they closed at 8pm. I stepped back inside n noticed that the lady who answered me previously had taken another client in her chair...maybe it's me, or maybe because I'm black. This place is terrible! Never again will I ever come back to this nail salon. I recently moved to patterson last year from manteca and have gone to Professional Nails for the past 3 years but wanted to find something in town so I didn't have to keep driving back to manteca. What a big mistake. I will continue to go to manteca from now on. I went into this nail salon on a Monday at 430. The lady said the wait was 30 minutes and that was ok I understood I was a walk in. 30 minutes later they put me in a chair and her husband sits down. I ask to see the acrylic colors and instead of starting to sand down my nails while I made a selection, he moves over to the lady next to me and starts applying gel polish to her nails. Once he's done with her 15 minutes later he returns and starts sanding my nails. He does one hand then leaves again to work on a totally different lady. 10 minutes later he returns finishes sanding my other hand then leaves again to finish the other lady. 20 minutes goes by and he returns to my nails finally. He starts applying the acrylic to my nails and barely gets 3 nails done then gets up and says he has to go pick up his son from baseball practice and leaves me in the chair to wait for him. By this time I was very upset. I waited 5 minutes and then I walked out with out saying a word to anybody. This place is so unprofessional I don't even know how they have built up a clientele. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. Better off driving out of town. It seemed like there was only 2 people in the whole salon that did nails and the other 2 workers only did pedis. The other women's nails that I had seen were very plane jane, all solid one color. I don't know if that's exactly what they wanted or if the employees just don't know how to do all the fancy gel designs like other salons. The lady next to me also complained that she had been there for hours and that next time she wanted her nails done in a way that when people saw them they would want to know where she got them done. Awful job on my mani/pedicure. I get pedicures regularly and know a good salon when I see one.. I went here knowing they didn't do very good the last time but just wanted a quick visit before vacation and would have been happy with just painting my nails nicely. They did a horrible job and couldn't even paint my nails right. The sides of my nails weren't even painted. One toe got smudged and the lady didn't even fix it right, instead just painted over it. Didn't even scrub feet except the top of my feet which hurt like hell. She poked my toe and it got infected with puss the next day. I honestly am curious if they clean their instruments before using them on me. I will NEVER go back there and I suggest you shouldn't go back either. I always look for Yvonne for a pedicure. Now that I am doing my mani's there, I ask for Thomas. THompson also does a good job with the pedi's. Service is ok. It is what it is -an asian shop with good customer service.... and did I mention that it is an asian salon? So expect the language and the silent smiles and the the happy nods. I haven't gotten cut or not acknowledged or anything uncomfortable. What you may think is rude or that you are being ignored is probably because of the language deal. So, give them a chance and don't hesitate to start up conversation with them. read more

This review is for Natural Nails in the shopping center across the street (Sperry) I heard they are owned by the same person but not sure.....that place is THE WORST!!!! They don't even deserve one star but you have to select one in order to post and I don't want anyone else to go there and be hurt so I wanted to post a review!!I have filed a complaint with the board of cosmetology & The Better Business Bureau it was so bad!!!!! They removed pedicure gel using a brass tipped electric file & cut me on 3 toes....drawing blood!! Instead of soaking my toes with nail polish remover!! They actually gelled my flesh on several toes!! Three of my nails had lumpy crap in them....it was a disaster!! I tried quietly to get a refund and they refused & only gave me $10 so I called to speak with the owner & the lady who claimed to be the owner was super rude!!! She talked over me and lied saying they spent a lot of time on me when the truth was I sat with my feet in cold water for over 30 mins waiting for someone to do my nails!! For the first hour there wasn't anyone in the shop that could even speak English so no one knew what anyone was saying!!! The lady that came in at the same time as me was also returning because she said they did her pedicure wrong and her toes were hurting!!! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!! Not if you value your health or want anything done of quality!!!Natural Nails has the worst customer service and the lowest quality!!!!!! I just had my nails done by kim and she did a great job. I was reading the other reviews and all I have to say is that I have gone to a number of asian nail salons and I always have to wait not just at this one. another reviewer said that the only one that does nail art was tomas that's not true kim is the one that taught tomas he is her brother and so is son the brother that moved to Chicago. They left to follow women not because they were worked to hard no matter what they said to that client. They could of had time off their sister wasn't going to fire them they worked because she brought them here and taught them a trade. I know tomas had days off because he made appointments with me and when I showed up he was off. I loved tomas and he was good at nails but in kim and nam's defense it is hard to keep good nail people and that is why sometimes they are the only ones there. read more

This review is actually for their sister salon next to Togos. I spent 2 hours at this salon only to leave in pain and completely unsatisfied. I went in for a simple pedicure and a full set as i had a concert the next night. The gentleman that did my pedicure made me feel like i was a dirty car getting a scrub down. he barely did anything to my cuticles, like he literally just put the clippers over my skin and did nothing. next, he scrubbed my heels so hard with the scrub that it was raw skin! when i said something to him about it he just kinda smiled at me and said ok, ok and shoved my foot back into the water. by the time he got to putting on the nail polish my feel were so puffy, raw and they were throbbing so bad. i patiently waited for one of the woman to be available so that she could finish because that guy clearly had no idea what he was doing. (i honestly dont think he's licensed at all). she re-did the pedicure very gently and took very good care of me. the guy that did my full set was very nice and very gentle with me, nonetheless, i was not satisfied with the end product. the shape was not at all what i wanted (i asked for stiletto and got a modest pump) and the polish was so thick that even after sitting st the fan for 15 minutes it still wasnt dry! i drove home (5 mins. away) without a seat belt in efforts to not mess up my polish which meant nothing because even 30 mins after i left the salon they still were not dry. unfortunately it was 9pm and i had work the next day so i had no choice but to deal with wet nails and now the next day, at 10:30am, my nails look like theyre a week old! they didnt care to discount my bill at all and the only person who apologized for anything was the nice little lady that saved my pedicure. I normally don't complain but I FEEL COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SALON NOR WILL I RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE EVER!!!! read more
