Completely chopped all my nails off during a fill... charge $50 and when I told them I didn't like it and I wasn't happy with it. They told me I should've told them a long time ago and that they would have built off of the nails that they had already chopped off considering they were about 1/ quarter to a half an inch longer before he started going crazy and chopping all the nails down. The lady at the front was so extremely rude when I told her I didn't have another hour or time for them to fix them. They offered 15% off next visit. Save your money and go somewhere else. The arguing alone by the woman in the front left counter was ridiculous. Definitely do not come here. Paint is terrible and they are as inconsistent as nails could ever get. Please... go somewhere else... Update: building off the nail would compromise the integrity of the nail. Soaking and redoing the nail while I'm in there (with my kids on our only day off) wasn't really an option. It was an okay length, slightly shorter than I'd like, but it was workable and as time went on they got shorter and shorter until they became nubbs shorter than even my original nails... The original set with the same guy, was $55 with two nail designs and then $50 to fill, which is whatever, just seemed a bit pricey for what I got, especially since it was such a disappointment, I didn't feel like you were rude... you were VERY rude, you challenged everything I said, didn't listen and when I explained the value of my time you disregarded that as well... then the guy said he would discount it and then ran the card, then said oh no for next time... what a joke read more

As suspected... my nails were destroyed. 30 minutes into work and ine has snapped 2 places, well into the quick area. It's going to be painful to fix before it rips the rest of my nail off. Hi Diane I have been in and out of acrylics for over 30 years. I am well aware that thinning occurs. Even when I have gel polish placed on, they have been sturdier. You guys basically charged 45$ to paint my nails as the "manicure" was not a manicure. I would prefer a refund without having to contact the bank. The polish came off the same day. If I had bad service why would I want to come back for more poor service. Besides its kind of hard to paint the quick of a nail. Let me first say that I've been coming to this place for quite some time. Today my nails look like my kindergarten aged granddaughter did them. I always ask them not to cut my toenails as I do it myself, but I do ask them to file them, which they did not do today. The technician performed a very sloppy and quick job and then asked what color I would like on my toenails. I said, maybe some kind of clear or light pink polish. He just grabbed a bottle and painted my toenails with something that looked like the light pink Barbie toenail polish that you get in a little kids nail polish kit. This semi-snarky kid only applied one coat and got up and walked away and came back with my tag. I wasn't even given a choice of colors to look at. When I said something to the manager about what was going on, she wanted to argue with me. She wanted me to do a play-by-play of what he had done and then said that he had given me my money's worth. I go here all the time and I know what is a normal service. I absolutely don't feel like what I received today was worth the full $30 charge. I generally bring my daughter and daughter-in-law with me and I'm happy to pay for all of us and make sure that everyone has a nice tip to go with it. Today's Customer Service deserves zero stars. Now I need to go home and fix my nails. Diana Nails just lost a loyal and good paying customer! I hope it was worth the argument! smh read more

I'm pretty bummed out. I've been here about 3-4 other times before my experience yesterday and they've all been fairly great. I think it's cool you have a stamp card thing that you can collect for each visit, the staff is nice enough, their place of business is really pretty. I've booked with Mai every single time because she's who I got the first time I ever came and I liked her work. So yesterday or technically the day before I booked online a "basic pedicure with gel" (picture attached of my booking) and it says that on their website it's for $45. I've had it the first time I came here too - about a month or so ago. So they do their thing, the pedicure comes out nice enough and at the end when they go to charge me, they say it's $60 and I'm like whaaat I thought I said the $45?? Because they don't even go off what you booked online, they'll just ask you when you get there anyway and when I got there I said "$45 with gel" butttt she tells me nooo I picked the $45 with gel so it was $60... I'm thinking wtf was the extra $15 for? Some extra lotions and rubbing? It felt so regular and nothing out of the norm, I thought I was getting the basic gel pedicure like I had said. I dunno I just feel so gipped just because you go in there thinking you'll pay a certain amount and it ends up coming out different. I paid for my friend too, and still tipped $20 so the total was like $110... I don't know if they literally just recently updated their menu prices or what. The update would have had to happen within the last couple weeks because I've only been coming here for about a month or so in total. Anyway, it sort of has discouraged me from coming back or maybe I just need to try some other places out first. It is what it is, maybe just miscommunication this time around ‍ pedicure and services were still great just doesn't feel $60 worth by any means. I moved to this area about 2 years ago and this was my go to nail spa. I can honestly say my nails always look great when I leave this spa. However. I always leave in pain. Not sure if it is a male thing but I'm always directed to an individual named Nathan. And like I said, my nails always look great when he's done, but he's a bit rough. I always have cuts and nicks especially from his filing. Once he cut me filing and then cut me again in the same spot like he didn't have a care in the world. He didn't even care that he cut me the first time. He just held his hand out like come on. Give me your hand back so I can finish. No apology , nothing. That was my second bad encounter w Nathan. The third, I called Diana Expert and requested ladies only, the woman that answers the phone assured me this wouldn't be a problem. My pedicure was done by a male and they proceeded to sit me in Nathan's chair for my fill. No apology or anything. I requested women and got 2 males. That is poor service w no explanation. The first time I had an issue w Nathan was my wedding nails, he didn't know they were my wedding nails but I ask for just a regular fill. I didn't want color. He took it apon himself to take all the acrylic off and show me natural colors. When I just wanted the regular clear fill color. He shared his frustration in another language loudly to coworkers like I was a problem, but all I asked for was a fill. Not sure why he took my nails off. But he just ruined my wedding manicure experience. Had he of talked to me more than everyone else the experience may have been better. Idk. BUT! On completion, my nails were lovely. Lovely and painful. This is not a spa. It is a nail salon. They try w the blue clouds and the soft music but the service makes you stress. Spas are relaxing. I can't relax. I have to make sure my nails are done right , I'm not being cut or nicked. And even when I requested someone else I was placed back in the same careless hands. I will not be returning. Very soothing and relaxing experience! My mom and I decided to try somewhere new to get our nails done at, and I found this place on Yelp. Initially, we had come in after booking appointments on their website, so when we came in, we found it kind of odd that we were treated as a walk-in when I specified that we had appointments. But we were served immediately. I had Alyssa do my pedicure and Mai do my manicure. Both were good and diligent at what they did. I found Mai to be super thorough with my finger nails, which I appreciated her taking the extra time and effort to correct mistakes in my nails. I would go with her again. On the other hand, my mom had her manicure done by another woman (didn't catch her name). She noticed that there was an inconsistency with the manicure process between the other lady and Mai: Mai would massage your hands, have you wash your hands in the sink and wipe down your hands and arms with a warm damp towel while the other lady didn't. The atmosphere and the music were very soothing and made the experience key to the service. One thing I would consider if you decide to get your nails done here is that if you want more of a social experience then I would go else where. There wasn't any real social interaction with the nail stylists, which if you don't mind that then by all means, come here! Just FYI for those who may enjoy a more social experience. In conclusion, I think that this place is a nice little spot that'll give you a relaxing experience. I believe they are a newer business, so there will be room for improvement. But I enjoyed the experience nonetheless! I was very impressed with this place. I called today for an appt in 2 hours or so and they were able to fit me right in. It was quiet, clean, and peaceful which is actually pretty hard to find in a nail salon. Mai did my gel manicure and the color is exactly what I wanted and she was able to make my nails look really feminine and I know they'll grow out nicely so I can have a longer shape eventually (Hadn't had a mani in over a year so I was all over the place ). I got the spa pedicure, and let me tell you my feet felt SO nice. My legs??? So soft. My toes look so so soooo cute and my dry feet have been rehydrated! I'd give ZERO stars if so could. My experience here is exactly why I rarely try new places. I went in with acrylics & my nails were fully grown beneath them, so really long. I wanted to get my acrylics removed & get a Gel manicure. The man sitting directly upfront when you walk in said ok, sit down, we'll take them off. Next thing i know he's clipping them off with nail clippers & using an acrylic nail tip to tip them off. He slowly started adding acetone to help loosen it, but he could tell i was uncomfortable. It hurt so bad & he ripped my nails completely off to the skin on some of them. I could have done a better job & it would have been way less painless. He then walked me to someone else who did the gel manicure, she could tell i was obviously bothered. She asked did he hurt you & I said yes, he really did, she apologized as she attempted to use nail glue on my real nails to try to salvage what was left. Upon leaving they tried charging me $5 for the removal & i stated I did not feel comfortable paying for that considering he ripped off my entire real nails down to almost nothing and it was extremely painful! Then the woman sitting at the front desk said well why didn't you tell him to soak them off it would have taken much longer but you could have said some thing. Basically she was trying to blame me for him ripping off my nails. Mind you, I was never given an option as to whether or not I would like to sit and soak them off or have them "rip them off!" If you need acrylic removed, don't go here. Stick with what you know and go there. read more

Sat in a chair within 5-10 mins of being there and got my nails done. Didn't get the name of the person doing my nails, but she was quick and did a good job. I really enjoyed the arm and hand massage at the end. My advice would be schedule an appointment ahead of time or you'll have to wait a bit. I was lucky enough to not have to wait long but after my arrival, about 4 people walked in the door. 2 with appointments and 2 without that had to wait for technicians to finish up with their clients.
