so i went this past sunday and there was only one lady there (it was 4:40 pm) she's very sweet and i'm unsure of her name but i think she's the owner. i recommend her so so so much. the vibe was very peaceful and the music was chill. i asked for a ombré nude to white with a rhinestone on my ring finger (as shown by the pic) 10/10 experience loved it so much. read more

I'm a full time working mom of 2. Getting my nails done is a treat that I like to give myself for a little me time. My experience today was horrible. I should have listened to the reviews. It's Saturday morning, I came in super early & told them I wanted to get a fill. I sat down and waited patiently. A worker took me just to take the gel polish off. Then I went back to sit down to wait for someone who can do my nails. When I was called for my turn, I politely told the lady which color I wanted and showed her a picture of the nail shape I wanted. She said she could do it, but when she got to the second nail it looked nothing like I asked her. Since I'm paying for the service, I would like what I asked for. I then told her politely & showed her the picture again. Then she said she can't do that to my nails (it was short almond nails) then I said ok, no problem. I will just get short round nails. She started to shape them again, they didn't look round & she blamed my nail. I've gotten round nails before so not sure why she couldn't. Then I said can I show you a picture because maybe it would be easier for her to visualize. As I opened my phone to google round short nails, she let out the biggest deep breath and sigh as in she was annoyed. I apologized and said if it's too much, I can wait for someone else. She then said someone else will do your nails and started talking fast in her native language with an attitude so you know she was talking bad about me. I felt so bad because you don't treat a paying customer this way. If you are wanting to get your nails done, go anywhere else but HERE. They need to treat their customers better. Some of us don't have a lot of time for ourself because of work and our kids. This is a small treat and it would be nice to enjoy it and feel welcomed. Not like you're a bother for asking them something so simple as round short nails. I just got up and left to find a different nail salon. Definitely disappointed with the customer service and experience. read more

I have been going to Botanique Nails for a few years now and I find the owners, Andy and Minh and the staff very pleasant and eager to please. The salon is clean and the ambience is quiet ad drama-free. I have developed allergies to acrylic and then to gel and Minh has worked hard to find alternatives that work for me. I now use the dip powder with good results. And if you are looking for a great design on your nails please see newcomer Henry...his work is outstanding. Jimmy does my pedicure and makes it an incredibly relaxing and pleasant experience...the pedicure tubs are clean and the massage chairs are the best. They all aim to please and do! read more

I checked the reviews, it sounded okay. There were signs up to ask the price. I asked the price for a basic mani/pedi ( straight polish, no gel, no dip) The guy at the door told me $33.00. The girl that provided mani/pedi did a good job. There were signs 5% off, if paid in cash. I went to pay with cash and gave him $40.00, he gave me back $2.00. Asked about 5% off, was told yeah $4100, so 5% off will be $38.00. You told me $33.00. He said I do mani/pedi don't know prices. I told them if they cannot honor the prices THEY STATED then I won't be back. I felt I did my due diligence and they did not honor their word. read more

This place is now Botanique Nails &Spa. They have new owners and it has been remodeled. This is now my nail salon. I've been to a lot of places in this area, and I always leave disappointed. I am thrilled and love my nails now. The ladies were also very nice and enjoyed talking with everyone getting their nails done. The remodel looks fantastic. So neat, clean and organized. The owner showed me a picture of the new mani pedi chairs she has coming in, and I can't wait to try it out. I'm just so happy. I'm telling everyone about this place. read more

Just had a manicure at Botanique and am very happy with the result. I was a walk in without an appointment and was seen right away. My nail technician was Ting and she did an outstanding job on my nails. Lots of attention to detail and checked my nails twice to make sure they were dry enough to leave. Ting has an engaging personality and an upbeat attitude. I have been looking for a "home" nail salon in Spring Hill since I moved here 3 years ago. I think I found it with Ting. read more

Love this place. Why would you complain about not being able to get in as a walk in instead of just making an appointment? I call ahead even same day to make an appointment for a fill on my acrylics, it is common sense! I called in today at 10 today, on a Saturday, and got in same day at 1pm! They are always so accommodating! The staff is so great and friendly, have always done a wonderful job on my nails! Use their phone number, call ahead, make an appointment, simple as that! read more

Don't go to this nail salon you will regret it!! I lost a nail due to there lack of there quality of work. Please read this review before going sorry I know it's a long review but it will save you money and your nails. I have been coming here since last year and they always were nice and did a decent job on my nails. I started getting dipped nails and they always lasted me 3 1\2 weeks with no problems. But lately they have just been rude, impatient and just act like your an inconvenience to them. I get dip nails from them and showed them a picture of what I wanted it was an ombre design. Instead of saying they didn't know how to do it correctly the nail tech just winged it. She got so frustrated trying to figure out what she was doing that she didn't even do all my nails ombre. At that point I didn't care I was so upset with how my nails looked I just wanted to leave. Not even 9 days later 5 of my nails cracked and huge pieces chipped off. So I call at 9:30 when they open to see if I could come in to get them fixed. The man on the phone immediately says to me thanks for calling last minute fits me in to getting my nails fixed. And the nail tech looks at my nails and says oh the dip is to thin that's why they broke. She does the five nails that were broken and I asked her what about the other five are they going to break she says I'm just going to dip them in clear dip to thicken them up and they'll be fine. The next day one of the nails she dipped in clear dip chipped and another had cracks all down them. So I had to go back again to get them fixed. She refused to fix the other 3 nails and as a result I caught my finger of one of the nails she didn't fix on the edge 2lb bag of sugar I was holding with both hands and moved my finger wrong and my completely ripped off. Not to mention all the nails she fixed after a week all had cracks going through them. I paid $45 to have my nails done and it was the worst experience and nail job I have ever had. read more

This salon is low budget. I came in for a pedicure and it was just not what I'm use to. Normally when I get a pedicure it's a nice relaxing time and comes with a reflexology massage. Well here they just rubbed lotion on, kind of like I do when I put lotion on my hands. Maybe I'm used to the sail salon I always went to back in Long Island, NY? I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

By far one of the worst nail salons I have been to! It took an hour and a half just to do regular white tip nails.. usually It takes salon an average of 20 minutes. The older woman that did my nails used the filer and scraped off half of my skin and even made it bleed then tried to hide the blood and even went as far as putting nail gule on my cut to stop the bleeding!!! She also kept smacking at my hand like I was a child! It was ridiculous and I definitely WONT be going back to the place!!! Waste of money and time for sure!!! read more
