My only complaint is the limited nail color options they have. It seems like they only have neons & dark colors, less softer colors, and the in between colors were kind of ugly. If you love neons & darks this is the place for you! I just moved to the area, I went here for the first time today and my experience was good overall. I will say the older man (don't know his name) was very attention to detail & my nails do look great. He doesn't talk to you at all, which is a little awkward but i'm also just use to nail techs that are pretty chatty. He was a little impatient with me when i was picking a nail color but other then that he was great. The owner is very sweet. She came up to me many times and asked me if I liked what I had got & if i was happy with my nails. Another thing is he doesn't do designs and apparently none of them really do, but you can request Andrew or Jake for simpler designs. He sent me to andrew for a small design i wanted & Andrew was great as well! he was very energetic and more chatty and very patient with me and asked me if i wanted him to re-do the design to make sure i really loved how it came out. $50 for the volcano pedicure which is about on par with other places that offer the "volcano pedicure experience". It just seems to be a bit more scrubbing and rubbing overall. I'm glad I did it, as I have yet to until I came here, but the normal pedicure or the one right above is more than fine. I did appreciate they were able to seat 3 of us all at once on such short notice, but it was Christmas Eve, so possibly that's the reason as well. read more

It's really hit or miss here depending on which nail tech you get. Some are great, others are sloppy and messy with their work.

They are so nice and clean they take their time to ensure you've had a great experience and I absolutely love my nails I also left my keys to my car there because I went with one of my friends as a walk in she had an appointment and I would go back 10000 times again!! So happy I stopped here! I got the BEST leg, foot massage of my life! They also use hot stones! As I was getting my gel manicure I saw the intense massage someone was getting and I was like dayummmm I'll pay extra for that. NO NEED! It's a regular pedicure! The massage was a good 7 min for each leg. The pedicure chairs are new so I had no problem resting my head and even the massage chair was hitting all the right spots. They do an excellent job here! I'll def be coming back. Check them out.. you will not regret it. The prices are a bit cheaper than others I've called. They are clean. I really like this salon! My nails always last here and they do an awesome job on designs.

Have been going to this salon for quite a few years now. Today was my last vist. I usually just get a pedicure but today decided to do a mani pedi. The price list show a price of a mani pedi as $40. The manicurist insisted I pay $27 for the pedicure and $17 for a simple manicure with only clear nail polish. I know it's only $4 but it's not right if you advertise a special and then don't honor it. I also question some of the hygiene practices noted in other reviews. read more

Started off as a good visit. Got a pedicure and loved it. As i was switched over to get a full set, the nail tech i was assigned to came off as cocky. first of all. the nails are okay, there was a spot on my skin that had nail polish, i didn't notice till I was paying. and kindly asked him to remove the polish because it was gel. he then replied "i know i saw it, just didn't want to take it off". As someone who is in a customer service job, this was the worst case of cocky and arrogant combined. His name is Andrew. The entire time. all he talked about was how slow the other techs were and how much better he was than everyone else. He finished my nails in not even 30 minutes. I definitely recommend finding somewhere else. read more

Probably the worst place to get your nails done and you can forget about customer service! For starters, how about you give me want I want and NOT what you think I should have!!! They do the worst job on nails that I have ever seen. I use to be licensed back in NJ, I use to do nails, I know what I'm talking about when I ask for my nails to be a certain way. They are nice, But not the best at doing nails. None of mine were the same shape. And I paid 40 dollars with a 10 dollar tip for the "cat eye" type gel nails.. and the gel is wearing off and I haven't even had them on for 24 hours. I went there Christmas Eve and got a pedicure paid 70$ for a regular basic pedicure at that.... Didn't complain just paid it it's the holiday so be it right next day not even 24 hours later one nail comes off okay I don't say anything... not even 24 hours later another nail comes off now I'm mad I call and complain lady said come in. Unfortunately that day I wasn't about to come in due to family issues I had that day I came in the following day and as I was going inside another nail came off mind you it hasn't even been a week and I have 4 missing nails and paid 70$ for my service plus a 12$ tip... so yes I am very frustrated I go inside and ask to speak to owner to therefore ask for a refund I was denied a refund and demanded to sit down so they can fix my toes I stated I did not want there service again just would like my money I stated they can take the remaining 6 nails that are all lifted and half off anyways off and they said no they can't give me my money back only fix there mistake... if it happened once it will happen again I will never recommend service there again what a shame on there business.... read more

I went in today for a pedicure and to get my eyebrows waxed. The pedicure was very short, she hardly rubbed my legs at all and the polish work doesn't look amazing. Then when we went in to wax my brows she told me "careful laying down, you're too heavy". SERIOUSLY? How rude! She used a wood stick that already had dried wax on it and was sitting next to the wax pot, obviously used. The wax room looked dirty, I should have just left. To make it worse my eyebrows are really thin now. I hate them. I do not recommend this place. read more

I went to this place one or twice before and thought it was a good place for a Pedi, they were nice, took me right away and were quick and efficient. Went this Sunday and was a different story. They have a flashing sign that said walk-ins welcome, had plenty of available Pedi chairs, etc Now if the lady owner was decent, she would said "it will be a wait, do you want to wait", or "sorry we are full, come back in half hr", whatever, but no she sat me in the pedi chair and I was forgotten, for over 10 mins, I checked my phone to be accurate.. Plus another lady walkik-in who came in after me was immediately given her Pedi, and I obviously had priority.. Very poor customer service. read more

I got a dip mani, the polish was well done and nails are shaped nicely. However my cuticles were untouched and no cuticle oil or lotion was applied. The customer service was decent, they were very busy and did the best they could with time. Wish my cuticles were paid some attention because it could've been a great mani! read more
