It was amazing, the food was one of the top Brazilian foods I've tried in the USA, everything tasted perfectly and the service was super friendly and attentive, the place is super interesting and beautiful as well.

For a fun time dancing and laughing in Brazilian style and listen to live music then this would be the place to come. The food is like every day home style and good and not fancy but great vibes this place does have. Must try the coxinha de frango for they are delicious. And even if you sit inside and dine, you can join the party group outside and dance to the rhythm of the drums. The staff is very friendly.

Looking for dinner late on a Monday and this spot was open, so we decided to check it out! Was pleasantly surprised by the food and portions, our salads were incredible. The vibe was super casual, and very enjoyable! Outdoor seating that is covered, and we were able to bring our dog. Our service was quick, there is a 20% gratuity included. Free parking, but it was a weeknight.

Another spot near me that has taken over 4 years for me to finally try. I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for some drinks and light bites. The only parking was $7 valet. It was super lively inside. Loud music was playing. Soccer was on the tv. There was an interesting mix of single guys there just hanging out and families there for the feijoada buffet. We sat at the bar. The bartender working was very friendly and attentive. The drinks and food were very good. If you're looking for a light snack, I recommend the meat skewers and garlic French fries. I'd like to return soon to try the feijoada buffet, and will update my review when I do.

Such a fun place! We were looking for food at 11pm on a Saturday night and found this place which delivered on food and music! While we didnt understand the music (all in Portuguese) we still had a ton of fun watching the singer bounce around the bar dancing with the crowd. The coxinhas were a lot smaller than I am used to, but they were very tasty. Apparently the oven for the pão de queijo was not working that day so I unfortunately did not get to try this :( and went with the bolinhas de bacalao instead. It was pretty fishy and wont be my first choice next time. The chicken skewers were so flavorful and juicy with the onion and green peppers complimenting the chicken. The rest of the table's entrees were very seasoned, sometimes being a bit too salty. I would be willing to go back to try more of the menu. P.s. music was very loud so if you don't enjoy that sort of stuff, you can always sit inside. It was pretty mild in there :)

Super lively bar that serves hookah. Food is smaller but delicious. Serves was ok, because the music is so loud, it was difficult to flag down someone

Beef stroganoff - very good, unless they leave it under the heating lamp :/

This is a fun, trendy bar with delicious drinks and solid service. It's totally worth checking out. First, I love the theming. Kaiju is Japanese for "movie monster." Ever seen Pacific Rim (2013)? The logo looks like a rough outline of Godzilla. The menu is designed to look like Japanese monster (e.g., Pokemon) trading card books. Each cocktail has its own card art, stats, and tasting notes. Neat. And the vibe of the place is like - I don't know - Japanese neon Blade Runner. It's cool. The four of us got a variety of drinks and were welcomed to our table with complimentary shots. I had the Guije cocktail which cost $24 after tax and tip. Yes, that's the one thing about this place - the drinks aren't cheap. Tasting notes: "Guije is a savory, tropical, and funky cocktail featuring Chairman's Reserve Rum spiced with Mojo Criollo, offering hints of bay leaf, pepper and garlic. Along with fresh mango, lime, Maduro, to round out the robust yet tropical flavors." It was strong, refreshing, and fantastic. All of our drinks were presented beautifully too. My wife thought she left her wallet here. The next day, I DMed @bar_kaiju on Instagram and they got back to me in less than a couple hours. Whoever got back to me was responsive and kind. (Luckily, the wallet turned up elsewhere, but their help was appreciated.) Bar Kaiju is located on the 2nd floor (mezzanine level) of the Citadel food hall. It opened in December 2022. I found out after the fact that they were ranked #77 on the "North America's 50 Best Bars" extended list in 2025.

Once I found the elevator, Kaiju was clearly labeled there tho. The entire bar is dark and has cool red lights all around. We went to the bar to get seated and were led to an open table for our group. Our waiter immediately filled our water glasses and brought the menu. The menu is super cool because each drink is presented as a Pokémon card. There's a lot of info especially on how they compare to classic cocktails. Everything on the menu looked good so my friends and I got a bunch of different drinks. Some of my favorites were the Rodan, Guije, and the pandan drink (I forgot the name). The Michelangelo was also good but a little spirit forward for my taste. I'm excited to come back and try some more of the menu.

A large group of us gathered here for dinner and late-night drinks on a Friday night. This is a fun, happening spot. It's ideal if you're looking for a casual, laid-back night out in Miami. The rooftop can handle a lot of people. My wife and I ordered food downstairs at Manjay, the Caribbean/Haitian stall at the food court, and took it up to the rooftop (there's an elevator). You are allowed to do this at the Citadel (take food from the food court up to the roof). Staff on the rooftop will bus trays and tableware. I recommend Manjay, by the way, and left a review for it separately here on Yelp. On the rooftop, I had a couple of martinis, one extra dirty. They were well made and delicious. Our friends had a variety of drinks including beer (e.g., Monopolio Mexican amber lager). Pint glasses were served iced over which is certainly nice in the South Florida heat. Service was good. The staff was nice. Several of the chairs had holes in the seats, so that was annoying. The vibe was lively and friendly. Good music.

The restaurant is conveniently located right on the downtown strip with free street parking nearby, which is always a plus. The atmosphere was inviting from the moment we walked in. The host welcomed us and told us we could sit anywhere we liked, so we chose a quieter table away from the bar area. There is also a stage section that looked perfect for live music nights, although there was no entertainment during our visit. Overall, the ambiance was trendy, relaxed, and had a great neighborhood feel. They also appeared to have some very good happy hour specials for those who drink. Our server was very sweet and offered several recommendations. We decided to share the burrata appetizer and the skirt steak dinner. The steak arrived first and looked absolutely beautiful. The quality of the meat itself was outstanding and cooked very well. Unfortunately, there was a noticeable charred flavor from what seemed like a dirty grill, which took away from an otherwise excellent steak. It was disappointing because the quality of the meat was truly superb. The fries were also surprisingly good and almost tasted closer to sweet potato fries. At that point, we realized our burrata appetizer had been forgotten. Once we flagged down our server, she immediately corrected the mistake and brought it out quickly. Thankfully, it was absolutely delicious and ended up being one of the highlights of the meal. The fresh burrata paired perfectly with the heirloom tomatoes and tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful. Toward the end of dinner, service became difficult again. We were ready for more water, a box, and the check, but our server was nowhere to be found despite the restaurant not being particularly busy since it was still early in the evening. I eventually had to get up and ask the bartender for assistance. Overall, I really enjoyed the ambiance and appreciated the quality of the food. There were definitely some service inconsistencies, but the restaurant has a lot of potential and several dishes that stood out.
