The experience here is very unique. The restaurant is small but has a welcoming ambiance. I went with the Denver wagyu and my husband went with the new york wagyu. We ordered it medium as they suggested. Omg INCREDIBLE! It was so flavorful and melted in your mouth. I had the truffle orzo, so delicious. The staff is sweet and helpful. Ive been here twice and will def be coming back again.

Five stars! La Wagyeria is a unique experience. I don't want to give too much away because part of the charm is the surprise, but let's just say you get to pick your cut of meat without knowing exactly what it is until it arrives. The whole process is quick, the staff makes it easy, and it's just a really cool twist on dining out. Definitely worth trying if you're in the Little River area.

Hey Foodies, I found a place where you can get Wagyu for as low as $45 and its farm to table!! We are at Wagyeria checking out their Miami Spice Menus where they are known for their meat quality and where they raise with intention. Their vibe is amazing, they have an indoor and outdoor seating. Drinks are fairly priced we got a bottle of cava for $35. We started with their croquetas and their homemade sausage, its served with toast and pickles so you can make th perfect tapa. Their meal is a full experience where you get to go to the back and look at the meat that you are about to eat. they tell you their story, you write your name and the meat temperature on a pick and time to choose your meat.. We got their Wagyu Picanha and their Wagyu Denver. Both cuts were cooked to the ideal temperature, they were incredible tender, I didn't even need a knife to cut through it. The meat comes with sides, we picked the potatoes , their orzo which was like a mini carbonara super addicting, and we finished with THE POT as a dessert. Pick between their 45 or 60 dollar menu, I can honestly say that both menus are fairly matched and you can{t go wrong. If you are looking for a chill Miami Spice Night, this is where to book.

One of my favorite Miami spice experiences so far! The staff was super attentive and friendly. The steaks were top tier and soooo delicious. All the other food was also amazing but the steak truly stole the show. Their experience of picking your own steak was so creative and fun! The dinning room is super cute and has a side room for private events. The outside patio space is also a nice area when the weather is nice! Parking is a little challenging though. 10/10 recommend.

We visited La Wagyueria for the $60 Miami Spice dinner menu. We started with croquettes and wagyu dumplings, both flavorful, with the dumplings standing out for their delicate wrapper and tangy tamarind glaze. The main course was perfectly cooked wagyu steaks, both the NY strip and Denver cut, tender and juicy with sides of crisp roasted potatoes and creamy truffle orzo risotto. Desserts were cute and satisfying, with the light Basque cheesecake and "The Pot," a fun mix of ice cream, Nutella, pretzels, caramel, and Oreo crumbles served in a cute little flowerpot. The included sangria was refreshing, service was attentive, and the cozy space made the evening feel special.

We went and had a great meal! We started with our reservations and arrived early and they were able to accommodate us. The restaurant is mainly outside in their courtyard. It was a cool evening which made it nice with the fairy lights lighting the area and music playing in the background. We were brought to our table quickly and ordered our waters and appetizers with our servers input. We were then taken to the butcher area and explained the farm to table philosophy and then allowed to select our cut of available steaks. What a great presentation. Once selected, we ate our appetizers of mixed croquettes(mushroom, ham and cheese) and our sausages(chorizo & poblanos). All were good, but the poblano sausage was the best. They brought our steaks with salad dressed with vinaigrette and simple roasted potatoes. The steaks we ordered were food to perfect doneness (medium and medium well). We had Florida wagyu grown Strip, ribeye and skirt steaks. Very flavorful and tender. Unfortunately we were too full to try their desserts. Service was good and attentive on our evening. Keep in mind you can bring wine with a minimal corkage fee.

All around amazing. The service amazing the food AMAZING. we did the Miami spice menu which was $45 pp. it is BYOB which I didn't know so next time going to bring a bottle of my choice and they charge a cork fee $10 beer and wine and $30 for spirits. The parking is a bit rough but they let us park in the front in front of their cars. Definitely coming back. When you go get your cut of meat the butcher takes you to the back into a "meat speakeasy" it was cool. Loved it. It's small inside but they have a court yard. Definitely call for reservations

**DISCLAIMER I lived in Texas and have dined at multiple farm to table restaurants on ranches with cattle** We visited for Miami Spice and enjoyed the unique experience of talking with the butcher while we watched him cut the meat we ordered, but the service left much to be desired. There was no option to leave a custom tip, despite the fact that the service was well below par. We waited 20 minutes for the check while our waitress ignored us. You also have to pay $6 for a bottle of Fiji water. The pot dessert had an interesting concept, but the ice cream was melted, and there were no hot toppings included to make the ice cream melt the way it was. The restaurant's ambiance had a casual, warehouse vibe.

Wine was great. Service was good. Steak was terrible. Even though it was rare, Publix steak is more tender. How is that even possible?

When I came last weekend the vibes were great, it was just extremely packed to the point that everyone was grinding up against each other. Which in that moment I didn't care because I figured it's at capacity and that's normal. Although, I realized when I was leaving the bar that someone had opened my purse and taken my entire wallet. I was bummed because I couldn't continue partying up the night. This led me to message them on Instagram, which was great because they told me to come in and drinks would be on them for the inconvenience. We got to the bar and I spoke with the bouncer and he said to go to the bartenders, that they would direct me to Rensel the bar manager. He was absolutely lovely, provided my friends and I a round of cocktails and told us to look for Sophia for another round. We didn't end up getting another round because we were exhausted from dancing the night away. It was still very nice and accommodating that they did that and we appreciated it. Sophia was very bubbly and attentive as well. Overall, if you are looking for a bar with a disco ball!! This is a cool spot to come to, they have so many different specialty cocktails. They are all delicious and unique! The music is great, the dj really keeps the crowd moving. For parking, there is a lot in the back of the establishment or street parking as well.

The olives are also delicious -- a small detail, but it shows the attention to quality. We only stopped in for drinks, and since we were with kids, we were seated at the tables rather than the bar, which was totally fine. Each course was thoughtfully designed and was delicious at every bite. I especially loved the crudo and dessert. This was my first time having crudo with a coconut milk base and it was to die for. The dessert had so many different textures, you could tell lots of artistry went into creating it. While I've had many salmon dishes, I'd never had it sous vide. We arrived on time for our reservation made for "INSIDE SEATING" (note you will have to pay to make a reservation.) The unfriendly hostess walked us to an outdoor table - that despite the multitude of fans - was humid and uncomfortable. When I told her we didn't want a table outside it seemed to bother her and her response: we are really full I won't promise you anything (eye roll) and she proceeds to walk back through the aisle of empty tables to the front desk. Behind us was a couple who arrived AFTER we did. And can you believe they were escorted without an issue to the upstairs INSIDE SEATING dining area - to the very tables they apparently did not have for us!!! I have to wonder if this was profiling or she just didn't like our face? Guess not all guest are created equal here. Forced to seat us inside after my husband showed her the reservation for INSIDE seating she "accommodates" us downstairs next to the bathrooms in a tight miniature table on uncomfortable plastic wicker chairs between two large groups where we couldn't get out of our seat and had the view of a water damaged ceiling over our heads. After what seemed like quite a while the waiter (poor guy) came to greet us. Now this was the only highlight of this erroneous Michelin Star establishment. He seemed overworked with all the tables in that area but was polite attentive and funny. So pleasant that I wonder why he's working in this place. I had to ask for the bread that never came on its own. The drinks were ok. The food: Lobster - the pastry was soggy on the bottom and tasted slightly burnt on the outer crispy corners. The lobster was well cooked and the sauce was good but nothing spectacular. Hanger steak - the steak was very good - cooked exactly as ordered (medium rare). The sweet potato cakes crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside and the mushroom were cooked to perfection. Wish there was more of it, you get 2 sweet potato cakes the size of a strip of gum and 3 mushrooms slices. The halibut - hands down the most delicious thing on the menu. The fish was fresh and the caviar sauce was really exceptional - wish I had a spoon. Chocolate caramel - The dessert was a mix of flavor the chocolate has a tangy taste, the ice cream on the bottom was a nice surprise, however it left much to be desired - we left half on the plate. All in all the front of the house sets the tone and the horrid attitude of the hostess and the way she refused to sit us upstairs in our reserved requested dining area, soured our experience from the start. My understanding is that a Michelin Star is a highly sought status that entails the full experience of a dining establishment and I'm sorry to say they should rethink giving Le Jardinier this award in the future. Don't come here.
