I observed this as I waited over 2hrs to be seen despite having scheduled my appointment 2 months previously. So, if you're looking for an outstanding physician and willing to endure a good amount of bullshit to see one, then this is the place for you. P.S. I've been a patient here for over 5 years. She hung up on me and a licensed insurance agent. Michelle and Jackie are both discriminating against others who purchased their insurance via the Marketplace!! They don't realize that some employers purchase their plans via the Marketplace. Dr. Foxall site indicates it takes Blue Cross plans namely Blue Advantage the plan I have. I called to make my yearly appointment for a physical. Spoke with both Michelle and Jackie. They both first asked me to tell them the name on top of the card, they did not need the subscriber number or group number just the name. They both asked me where I purchased my insurance. This is when they told me I could not see my doctor because I bought insurance from the Marketplace and they do NOT accept it. I said to them, why does it matter where I purchased my insurance your website clearly states you accept Blue Advantage. Bad office. They are terrible. I hope the doctor is unaware and isn't encouraging it. I hope the licensing agency looks into these two employees because they are discriminating against us.

I have been going there for almost 20 years. I was very…read morepleased with my doctor & the care that I was given. However , after my last colonoscopy, I had issues . I called Many times to get an appointment , I left several messages that week about urgency to see me , and how sick I was ...but never received a call back. I had to go to emergency room & now seeing another doctor to correct my issues. A week later someone finally called me back. I urge the Doctors to please hire more efficient staff to answer your phones! It's frustrating when you can't speak to anyone to make appointments, speak with a nurse or have your calls returned in a timely manner.

Im extremely well educated with HIPPA regulations and violations and this place is off point with all of the above. I let the first problem with my medicine go .... this second encounter i had to multiple times go in person and call and leave messages to even be able to get a refill. What a headache. Which is exactly what you can expect from this place. Vanessa gave me my diagnosis and told me they would refer me somewhere but has failed to do so. I got aggravated with the front desk not being able to comprehend the fact that just like my paperwork says my preferred name..... is obviously my preferred name. I shouldn't have to hand hold a pharmacy or a doctor's office to do their job when I dont work for either of them. I did offer to apologize to her front desk and she did nothing but talk over me and tell me about her husband chuck Charlie whatever and how he doesn't get upset about his doctors calling him the wrong name..... well im not Vanessa's husband and that has 0 to do with me as a patient. She kicked me out of this practice because she said i was rude and that im not happy with their practice.... welll...... you won't be either if you decide to come here.
