AFTER you were referred there because of repeat ear infections...this is the place for you! You will never see the same doctor, they will never had read any of the other notes, they will tell you they are writing you a prescription and then forget to and send you home a copy of a piece of paper of supplements you could get, that might or might not help. I left in tears. It's a terrible place. And they, do not care.

I got a call four days later from a nurse at Botros & Pollock, who said they were no longer allowed to refer patients for sleep studies and that I'd need to go through the whole process again with a different pulmonologist or ENT. So basically my whole appointment was predicated on a lie. And they chose to not tell me this until after I'd spent $116 after insurance for this appointment that did not solve anything. If you're ever referred here, ask your doctor for another suggestion.

"They were experiencing an update and couldn't process my payment." Later that day, I checked my bank acct. and was overcharged. I made multiple attempts to correct the billing issue and was told the credit had been submitted to my bank. That was a LIE ! I waited 24 hours and checked my acct. and there was no credit. INTEGRITY = ZERO. Dr. Parker took a culture of my daughter's ear on 6/8/22, was told I should receive lab results by 6/13/22. I have not heard from their office. RESPONSIVENESS = ZERO.
