Incredibly rude, rolled their eyes at me, and rushed. The worst customer service I've ever experienced at a nail salon. They also painted my nails the wrong color and didn't give lotion or a quick hand massage or anything that seemed like they cared about the quality of the service. I previously was driving further away to get my nails done, and came here because it's close to me. I've now been there twice and I won't return. I will say there were positives in that experience, my nails look nice (even if its not the color I picked) and the price is a lot less than other salons. But to me, saving on the price is not worth dealing with terrible customer service.

She is so put together and very talented. I go between several houses and I come back here to get my hair done. She is the best. She truly knows what she is doing and honestly cares about how you look. The owner of the salon is also just as nice. I can't say enough about Crystal and the salon. I wish I could make a carbon copy of her and bring her to Surfside beach SC. She actually gave me the formula to my hair color in hopes they could get it right in SC. I am a perfectionist and tend to always find a flaw with either the polish application or the shaping of my nail whenever I go to get them done... Not with Alex! Always a perfect job. She does nail art too and her designs are fantastic! Somehow she manages to fit these great designs on such a small space! Definitely would recommend her to everybody I know!
