While I usually book with Jon when he has the availability, every single nail tech I've seen has been amazing. The quality of their work is outstanding. I get acrylic fills, and I can easily go 3 to 4 weeks between appointments. In all the time I've been coming here, I've never had a nail lift or broken a nail. My nails are always beautiful, durable, and still look great weeks later. Everyone at the salon is talented, friendly, and welcoming, and it's obvious they take pride in their work. I usually never get my nails done and this makes me not want to pay and get them done. Was pretty clean, although I'm not too keen on them using the same tools that they use for other people and I did not see a proper cleaning station for the instruments. I paid $43 for a full set and only a color no design no French tip just something plain and simple last time. I got it done. It was $30.( I had a design) I feel like they're just making up the prices depending on the different person. It took not even 30 minutes to do way too overpriced. Ask them and they said no it's 43 and I don't really go with the full trust on that. I am getting the kit off Amazon to do nails from now on. Issues: I waited 20 minutes to be seen on a weekday, not a big deal. The reason I decided to leave a review was the staff was not friendly, at all. Incredibly rude, rolled their eyes at me, and rushed. The worst customer service I've ever experienced at a nail salon. They also painted my nails the wrong color and didn't give lotion or a quick hand massage or anything that seemed like they cared about the quality of the service. I previously was driving further away to get my nails done, and came here because it's close to me. I've now been there twice and I won't return. I will say there were positives in that experience, my nails look nice (even if its not the color I picked) and the price is a lot less than other salons. The only problem I had is one nail tech there was very rough on my cuticles on my large toe and it became red and very sore. I went to have a pedicure and gel manicure yesterday and was there from 3:40pm until 6pm . Also had eyebrows and lip wax , my nails are different lengths on my hand and left sharp . I informed the guy doing it that I worked in hospice and that I needed my nails smooth so I would scratch my patients . I filed them when I got home . Pedicure was awful as sides of the nails ( ingrown ) were never addressed after requesting to please trim them . Big toes are hurting this morning and I will have to trim them messing up the polish . Waxing as done quickly and hair was not removed from around my lip and I had to do it when I arrived home . Quality of service is poor and there are a lot of new faces and young men who really do not have the experience needed to keep the outcome consistent . I experienced dissatisfaction years ago but tried to give them a shit for the final time . I will never go back there again as I have learned a valuable lesson . Would not recommend and the atmosphere is ok but the constant speaking in Vietnamese language the goes on between the workers in annoying as they laugh and who knows what they are saying. I have been going to nail love for the last year or so, in spite of all the negative reviews and advice. Every time I come in the atmosphere is different. When you make an appointment they will take walk-in customers and make you wait. I was fine dealing with this because I was usually satisfied with my nails, and honestly I just wanted my nails done. I was most disappointed with my last visit. At this visit I got a pedicure, got jabbed which I ignored bc it happens, and they gave me an INFECTION. I wear powder gel and when they went to remove it they didn't drill it first just stuck my hands in straight acetone in a heated pot for 35 Minutes. Was in bad need of a pedicure and decided to try this place. So glad that I did. They were able to accommodate a last minute appointment. There are a number of individuals ready and able to work on you. They have 9 pedicure chairs and about a dozen stations for manicures. The pedicure was very nice. Linda did a wonderful job. One client was saying that she made a mistake of going somewhere else the night before and needed a repair on a bad job. I have been going to this nail salon for over 13 years. Today, I was treated with such disrespect! I will never step foot in there again. Yesterday , I went in and got a full set. John said ,I would be happier with the "powder" over "Acrylic" , so I got the " powder". I asked him if the the blue on my cuticles would come off and he said yes, with washing. I get home and show my daughter and she says, " ur nails looks lumpy". So all night I looked at my hands, washed 100 times and still the job looked terrible. I messaged John and told him I was unhappy , he never answered. So I went in this afternoon, less then 24 hours later. The sister is so nice and told me to have a seat and they would fix them. Well here comes John, with his huffing and puffing. Giving me an attitude, So I asked why he was giving me an attitude? I only wanted my nails repaired ( mind you a customer of 13 years ). He processed to look at my nails, not seeing an issue with them ( see attached photos). I said come one John, They look bad. I can do better. ( making light of it since they all know me for years), he then processed to open his cash drawer and throw 40 bucks at me! He may not need my business cause Mommy owns multiple salons but someone else will be getting my business. .. please note that the mom , sister and most workers are very nice. Never again! Went to pamper myself. I have no problem paying for what I recieve. But when you ask someone regular or gel. They then tell you to pick a color from their selection. At the end because I picked gel I knew it would be $40. She charged $45 saying it's additional for that style. It's not marked nor was I told prior. She charged me but then didn't even leave an option for tipping. I was pissed. She threw the $5 dollars back at me. I left it for the tip. Visited Nail Love Salon after having a horrible experience @ Rt 6Nail salon across the shopping center.This place made my teenager feel comfortable and not discriminated like in Rt 6 nail salon today. My daughter had her legs and arms waxed and a manicure. Nail Tech named Lon not sure of her name spelling, she was wonderful and very careful. I'm from the City and out here in PA it's not so many choices you have in finding the right location. I always drive 2 hrs or longer to visit a nail salon. Now that we had such a great experience here I can say we will become a regular customer. This salon is clean and prices are posted for customers not like Rt 6 they have prices than verbally are charging way more money. i have been a customer here for 4 years. And sadly today i have to wonder what the point of making an appointment is here. My sisters wedding is this weekend, my mother made an appointment for the bride, herself & the bridesmaids for 6 pm today WEEKS ago, in july. Checked in at 1:21pm. The lady in the front told me 30 mins. So I shopped around and came back at 2pm. She sat me right down to soak. It's annoying when they do that but they were really busy. So after soaking for 40 mins the lady in the front came to drill off the rest of my nails. I wanted a new gel set because my nails were old and broken. She was able to get my old nails off and then told me to wait until one of the girls were available. My nails were nubs otherwise I would have left it was 3:30pm at this point. 4:05pm I got moved to station 6 which was Paul's station. Waited a little bit for her as she was finishing up waxing people. 5:09pm I finally left there! Paula truly was great, she listened to every detail I wanted for my nails. She is a great nail tech. I have been here several times before, But with each time I come My pedicures are getting more rushed. The place is getting dirtier . They started using the sanding stone from one person to another Gross!!!!!! The floated in in my tub of water then rinsed it and put is back for the next person to use. They also pull a sander out of the draw sand your skin and then put it back with out even cleaning. No leg massage , no scrubs, plus I had polish all over my toes. I got spoiled with all the options of nail salons in a more urban area where the service is a bit more upscale. But it's slim pickings here in rural Pennsylvania. I'm giving two stars because again it's quick, cheap and no nonsense. I got a gel manicure here one day a few weeks ago and that's probably all I would have done here as the nail stations do not look clean or sanitary at all. You charged me $70 for eyelash extensions and eyebrow tinting and I gave you a very generous tip. I did not expect to walk up to the front to pay and have people stare and snicker at me. Every where I went people laughed and asked where the hell did you get those lashes and why. Instead of enhancing my eyes you made me look like a clown with those super hard plastic feeling lashes. They actually hurt at times.My eyebrows were waxed and different shape size and there is no color left after a wk. my boyfriend took me here while we were visiting here from out of town. sweet gesture, but i wish he had read the yelp reviews first i asked for anc and tips. the guy who did my nails did not immediately know what i was asking for. he asked me if i wanted acrylics and i said no, i want powder and tips. he was confused and i finally just asked him if he knew how to do it and he said yes. i didnt want to be rude so i gave him the benefit of the doubt....not thrilled with the shape. he was a bit careless, especially with my thumb. instead of using the big fluffy dusting brush (the one that resembles a giant blush brush) he used an OLD PAINT BRUSH to dust off my nails. they had a shot glass filled with water where they soaked their filing tools. the gel light thing had old nail dust in it....pretty dirty place. i washed my hands before i left. not the worst manicure but pretty bad read more

I used to go there for about six years but after my last visit, I will never go back again. First, the female manager at the front desk started taking in people who came after me. I had to complain in order for her to acknowledge my presence. Then, when she was doing my hands, she asked me about a shape. I asked for a rounded, almond shape. She proceeded with cutting my nails and only after stated in a mean voice that my nails were too short for the shape I requested. I also asked for my cuticles to be cut out. She said: "later" and started putting a base on my nails. When she started applying color, I politely asked again for the cuticles to be removed. Once again, she stated: "later", I am strange, I do it later". She finished applying the color and said she was done. I mentioned once again that she was supposed cut out cuticles. She fixed only one nail and left. She also said that I should have done my nails in the city before having come to PA. I have never had to deal with such a rude, full-of-herself and unprofessional person. Apperently, she purposefully cut my nails too short in order not to provide me with the almond shape and refused to remove cuticles. In addition, there were bumps on my nails. After a week, I had to have my French gel manicure redone in a different salon and I did not even have to mention to the other manicurist that my cuticles had to be removed lol. There are many nice nail salons in the Hawley, Honesdale area that treat their customers with respect and provide a nice quality service. Skip this place! read more

I have really nothing nice to say I'm extremely disappointed in my service 6/14 to get a fill in told the man that I had acrylic on and wanted gel. So I ASSUMED he would remove the acrylic first NO he just put the gel over. That is a big NO NO he then cut my long nails short like wtf trim them not remove them.
