This is a truly custom spray tan. Obviously with how pale I was, I asked for something natural and wanted to just make everything more even than it currently was. Cristina made the whole process super easy and made a perfect fast developing color (I have no clue what it's called) tan for me and my body shape. It was a little scary at how dark it was at first but it turned out to be the perfect, natural bronze color. Cristina explained what I needed to do for the best results and she sold me one of the jumpsuits she has in the salon to make the rest of the day easier while the tan developed. I have been getting compliments since I got the tan and I love it - it makes any look I do better. Its safe to say Cristina made me a spray tan client, I couldn't recommend the location and Cristina more!! P.S. GET THE JUMPSUIT - ITS AMAZING

Gabi was great, she was very professional, and gave great instructions on preparing for the tan a day before our appointment. She took her time and was very thorough to ensure an even tan. I tried the "golden" tan and while it looked great, I decided that the light brown would be best for the wedding. Gabi was very accommodating and even offered to do a touch up on the day of the wedding in the event I saw any uneven spots. Fortunately, there were no touch ups needed, she did a great job. She is booked out quiet a while but I had patience and it paid off. I see Kelly every 6-8 weeks for a facial. Her salon is cozy and inviting, cooler months the bed is heated. Kelly takes her time and reviews what I am using and what if any problems I am having to create services to meet my needs. I would probably be up for anything but Kelly doesn't push un-needed services or products on me. I love the raspberry refining scrub (by Skin Script,) I picked up in the salon. Overall my skin and I are extremely happy with the service provided.

My goal was to spray tan . After they charged my credit card they told me their spray tan machine doesn't work. It's now been two weeks. Each time I call they refer me to Livermore. Amber and Valerie are amazing !!!! I called and explained the situation. Given my schedule and traffic I wasn't able to make it to their location until almost 9pm. I got my spray tan and they recommended another bed prior. They gave me a sample of the "primer" before the spray tan because they wanted to make sure my spray tan developed quickly. This location is out of my way, and inconvenient but the staff is amazing . It's also bigger than San Ramon and they have more beds. The employees seem ethical , honest and didn't mind that I was there at 9pm. Thank you Valerie and Amber !!!!
