Gabi was great, she was very professional, and gave great instructions on preparing for the tan a day before our appointment. She took her time and was very thorough to ensure an even tan. I tried the "golden" tan and while it looked great, I decided that the light brown would be best for the wedding. Gabi was very accommodating and even offered to do a touch up on the day of the wedding in the event I saw any uneven spots. Fortunately, there were no touch ups needed, she did a great job. I've had a spray tan twice before, and both times turned out much better than this one. Unfortunately, the Soleil tan gave me a horrifying orange color. Also, it was not the most even application...my hands and feet had streaks, white patches and concentrated spotting here and there. My face, neck & chest were, for some reason, fine color tone wise. Around my underarms there was a heavier-looking ring/line as well. In addition to a bit of uneven spraying, it may have something to do with my being an olive skin toned gal but either way but I know it was not my clothing that created these issues, either way, it just did not work out very well for me.

They offer so many great services, and overall I still think it's one of the best tanning places in the area. However, I've recently been disappointed with the service I've been receiving. When I book my red light and Level 5 sessions, I specifically ask the girls at the front if I'll be able to go directly into Level 5 afterward because I do not want to wait in between sessions. Multiple times now, I've been told yes, only to come out of red light and then be asked to sit in the lobby and wait. To be fair, I completely understand if it gets busy sometimes. But this has happened more than a couple of times even when there hasn't been anyone else waiting in the lobby. It creates an uncomfortable experience because I'm obviously not fully dressed, assuming I'm going straight into my next session. I think communication is key, especially when clients are paying premium membership prices. If I'm going to have to wait, I'd rather just be told beforehand so I can either come back later or go to the Livermore location, which has honestly never made me wait like this. As a longtime client, I just haven't been happy with the recent experience. Sitting in the lobby waiting while feeling uncomfortable and exposed has made the experience feel negative lately, which is disappointing because I've genuinely loved this place for years.

I did the deeper tan that you only have to keep on between 2-4 hours and honestly it was perfect. I liked not having to wait longer but still get that nice deep tan. I kept mine on for about 2 hours and 40 min and it was perfect for me. I highly recommend going for special occasions or not! She was super accommodating and was able to take me early as she didn't have any clients and the appointment lasted about 15 min.
