I absolutely love this OB. I did lots of research on this matter and went through two OBs before I found Dr. Bouchard. Dr. Bouchard was recommended by my general dr's office. It was the best recommendation I have EVER gotten. She is a caring and peaceful doctor that listens to you with an open mind. Her visits were much longer than my previous OBs because she sat down with you and got to know you. I really loved that! I felt like I wasn't a medical chart, but a human being. When it came time to have my sweet little baby girl. My goals were to have the most natural birth possible and I did! With the help of a wonderful doula I stayed home and labored til I was 10cm dialated. When I got to the hospital Dr. Bouchard welcomed me with a warm smile and told me everything was going to be ok. I felt so at peace knowing she was there--because I knew I was in good hands. My husband absolutely loves her and loved her bedside manner. She has a old fashion manner that many doctors nowadays lack! We need more loving and caring doctors like Dr. Bouchard! If you are considering her for your OB/GYN care I would be more than happy to give you more information about her. I give her no stars cause she new I might have toxemia, 24 years ago. I was in ICU, in Modesto. My baby was born 2 1/2 months early. Sadly I lost her. Because of HER negligence !! If you're B/P was 194/ over 100 and you were less than 100 lbs. wouldn't you you know TOXEMIA was the reason? I'm surprised she's still a DR. She was over by hats and boots at the time. Really grew to love Dr Bouchard during my pregnancy. I was pregnant with my 3rd baby, and had a high risk pregnancy due to advanced maternal age and high blood pressure. Dr Bouchard really took every measure possible to make sure my baby and I were taken care of and safe. She delivered my son via c section and my incision was so clean and healed so well the nurses were amazed. I had two previous c sections with another OB and while I healed well, my incision sight was closed up very messily. Dr Bouchard was patient, caring and incredibly knowledgeable. She always tool the time to answer all of my questions and explain things thoroughly. I ended up even looking forward to my appointments because I liked to visit with her. Absolutely gem of a doctor. The best OBGYN in the entire Central Valley. Hard to find a women OBGYN like Linda Bouchard. I have been very very impressed with her. Great attitude. Very respectful. Caring and a very good listener. I was very blessed to find her and she accepts my insurance most importantly. Been coming to this place over a year the doctors are fine but the front staff are not as cool! They have no customer service no manners whatsoever!!! always talks very rude not polite or nice I will not recommend this place to anyone and I will not longer be coming either because of the staff in the front desk!!! I don't know what the reason might be! Only 2things I can think of is race or they don't get paid enough!!! There's no excuse why they shouldn't be nice to patients!!! read more

I've only been with Bouchard for 6 months and already have had difficulty getting my HRT medication filled. I've been putting in request for 9 days and still the pharmacy said they haven't heard from her. I emailed, left voice message and put in request every other day, but still =NO responds. I think this office is too big for good patient care. I need this medication and Bouchard just doesn't care whether her patients receive their prescriptions. Am now looking for a new gyn with a smaller practice. read more

Apparently, I was not the only case of pre-eclampsia that Bouchard ignored after reading her other reviews. She is completely incompetent. She refused to see me for my regular appointments until my sugar test was done for a second time after the lab lost it the first time. This was completely inappropriate, intentional delay of care and as a result she missed my pre-eclampsia. My blood pressure was 220/110 when I went to emergency. I was immediately admitted and induced at 36 weeks. She did not prescribe any blood pressure medications, which could have caused me to have a stroke or killed me and my baby. She was not present to catch the baby because she was on call and didn't want to come in early. My son literally had bruises all over his face because he fell on the table because there was no doctor present. It was total chaos. I hemorrhaged after the birth. She prescribed volume and wanted me to stay in ICU for 2 weeks following the birth. She said I could not have any visitors because I was "stressed" and that is why my blood pressure was high. Pre-eclampsia has NOTHING to do with stress and can be treated with blood pressure medication before and after the birth as my doctors did successfully with my other pregnancies. I checked my self out of the hospital AMA 3 days later. I immediately went to a competent doctor who prescribed the CORRECT blood pressure medications and I was completely back to normal in less than 12 hours. I am shocked she is still practicing. If I could have given her zero stars I would have. Thankfully both the baby and me were OK but that was no thanks to her. read more

My first appointment with Dr. Bouchard went good and she was very informative. She let me know what to expect with my new and first pregnancy. My second appointment however left everything to be desired. I had miscarried the Friday before my Monday appointment. There was no sensitivity, consolation, or caring in anyway. She was completely clinical and did not even address anything about it that did not pertain to the medical aspects. If I had been alone at the appointment I would have lost it. She did not even console me when I started crying and couldn't talk. I understand that her job is to tell me the medical important parts of what I was going through, but her bedside manner for a young girl who lost her first baby was terrible. read more

Dr. Bouchard has been my first gynecologist and she has been wonderful. She is very easy to talk to and shows great respect. I didn't think she would remember me after my first visit because my second visit was 3 months later, but she still remembered me and new exactly what my problem was and is currently helping me fix it. Dr. Bouchard delivered my son 16 years ago. I have been a patient at this practice ever since. I just started seeing Dr. Joseph. Hands down she is the best ever!!!!!!! I have recommended her to all my lady friends and family! She is so nice, patient, down to earth, takes the time to listen and converse, and she truly cares about her patients and is there to help you! I saw Bouchard and Nambisan during what turned out to be a high risk pregnancy. But I went 5 months under their care having every single one of my concerns completely dismissed by both doctors. It was only by the suggestion of another doc (Mathis) that I was referred to a specialist. There we found out I had a multitude of problems. Under the care of the wonderful specialist my baby was born and her life was saved. But I hate to think what would have happened if I had stayed. I was made to feel stupid and minimized at every visit. They never even looked at my test results, never gave me results. Never tested my urine in office. Sent me back to work even though I was having contractions, could barely walk, raging bladder infection, vomiting and diarrhea. My urine tested positive but was again dismissed as nothing! I would NOT recommend this office to anyone. My life and my child's life were in danger being seen here. The receptionist were kind and friendly. The docs, beware! read more
