Service was ok. Wine was ok. There's 4 available tables for outdoor seating but you have to go inside first. My boyfriend and I came in after another couple so we waited off to the side while they were being helped. Once they were taken outside to the seating another group came in and then were immediately helped and brought outside, and ended up getting the last available table. So then we were just standing there confused... we were definitely visibly in line to be helped. Not really sure what happened there but I'm sure it was unintentional. I suggest having some indication on the floor or something to show where the line starts. We ended up waiting another 10-15 minutes which is fine. For the wine we wanted to do some tasting and there are 2 types of flights no mixing or matching, which to me is a negative. I have particular wine preferences and not being able to choose the ones I taste makes me a lot less inclined to even want to buy a bottle. On top of that, the white wine that was in the flight tasted awful. I couldn't drink more than 3 sips of it. My boyfriend had the 2 red wines and said it was okay as well, but nothing great about it. read more

I started with a Cab flight, and then did the Merlot flight (because I wasn't driving, and because I can). Bottles are pricey, however, for the flavor/quality - I was happy to pay it. These are some of the better Cabs and Merlots I have found, and what I LOVE about it is they don't push/sell/taste their wines until they are ready - so they're beautiful when you open the bottle, but they also will cellar a while if you're waiting for a better moment. Our favorite stop in Leavenworth. We make sure to come in for a sip every visit and always wind up leaving with a few bottles for home.

The wine is spectacular. Cozy atmosphere in a pretty home goods store. The political speak from the employee was obnoxious but entertaining.

This is one of the three wineries that inspired us to make wine and start our own winery. Wines are masterfully crafted by amazing people.

Don't give a lot of wine tasting rooms 5 stars but this place was great. Very knowledgeable host, knows the Washington Oregon wine scene in depth. Did the red flight, a Merlot a Malbec and a Cab. All were very good and very well crafted. Usually I have to force down a Merlot but this was VERY nice as was the Malbec and Cab. This winemaker knows what he's doing. Like most in Leavenworth, not the greatest value. I've spent a fortune in wine lately so have been slowing my roll. But will continue to follow this place, an excellent effort. read more

Unfortunately we were not even customers and treated very poorly by a female employee. I had my 2 yo and our bike and I was parking it near the outdoor seating area (in the height of tourist day/weekend) when we were approached, and with no greeting, only stated "That's not gonna happen. You can't park here." I replied with an "okay" and proceeded to start to unlock my bike when she proceeded to publicly berate me in front of customers (who shook their heads in disbelief) and then attempted to walk to my son to chastise him (mind you, he's 2) for swinging on the wooden dowel fence saying "it will break if you do that..." when I finally stepped in to ask her not to speak to my child. She was rude and unkind and not the face I would want for a business. While I 100% understand the point, which is why I complied, there are many more ways to approach other humans than being such and unfriendly one. read more

My very favorite wine! We visited again while in Leavenworth with my twin sister and my adult kids. Such wonderful wine. We went to their Spring release party at their Icicle Ridge location and had a lovely time. Become a member, you get to buy special releases and are invited to their yearly events. It doesn't hurt that the wine is exceptional!! I am a Boudreaux wine pusher. Their cabs are spectacular and they just released a yummy Carmenere and a new reserve cab. This was our second to last stop after several disappointing tastings. I'm so glad my friend dragged me in. Not only did we already have bad luck prior to entering this tasting room, but there was nobody at the counter when we initially walked in... then we were told the tasting was $10 vs the $5 that the other tasting rooms were charging. That was off putting... initially. We started with a Chardonnay... my least favorite wine. Actually, there's only a few Chardonnays I've ever enjoyed in my life and Boudreaux Cellars was now one of them! We even tried their unfiltered Chardonnay and wow was it ever so delicious! Then the Riesling.. and Syrah, Merlot & Cabernet. One after another I was so pleasantly happy! If you've had enough wine in your time, you will taste the quality of an excellent product. You will be able to taste that the goodness because the wine maker makes small batch per year hence carefully crafting amazing wine. The fact the owners won't ship wine in the summer also tells me they pay attention to detail. They only ship their wine twice a year in the Spring and Fall. If you know wine, heat will spoil any good bottle and shipping wine is not inexpensive due to the weight. Their wines are right up my alley -- classic fine tasting wine. Unlike the other tasting rooms in the surrounding area we went to, the person who took care of us was very knowledgable with the product. The only negative was that there's a big plant hanging outside blocking their sign which is why we initially walked right by and missed the tasting room. I can't wait to enjoy more of their wine. Totally worth the $10 tasting fee, but even better to buy a delicious bottle! We signed up for club membership if that tells you anything. Highly Recommended! read more

As others have said the wine was tasty however very pricey. The daughter was our tasting expert for the day and it looked to be her child of maybe two or three was also in the tasting room. She had a half empty container of ice cream and was running around and the tasting expert could care less if we were there and took three phone calls while we were there and had us taste Redwine's out of the same glass we had white wine in which in my experience is not preferred or typical I have been to several tasting rooms and this was one of the worst experiences I have had. we did purchase one of the bottles that were $60 and considered returning it because we had such a horrible experience and the customer service was leaving us with much to be desired and the tasting fee was the most expensive of all the tasting rooms in Leavenworth the tasting fee was $10 per person as several others were only five dollars. Part of winetasting is the experience and the knowledgeable staff interacting with you since we were here in the middle of the week and there was hardly anybody in town one would have thought she would've been more engaging with us to get sales but it was clear they certainly don't need the sales obviously because customer service is last on their list of priorities. She also acted like a pompous ass when ever we were talking about Walla Walla and stated that one of the wineries we were discussing was only private and unless friends of ours had a connection they wouldn't have been tasting there. First of all she has no idea who we were and who we could've been in contact with it is very possible we would've been able to have a private tasting just goes to show you those that have businesses really need to learn how to run the business and the customer service is everything! read more

After talking with the owners rep I understand that a reasonable mistake was made when we did our wine tasting and the owner offered to make it right as we were charged 20 dollars to share a flight bs 10. I have to say the customer service at this winery is exceptional. read more

First off, the wine is great, but very expensive. There was a mother and daughter running the shop this day. The mom was fantastic, very friendly and inviting. However, her daughter took over our tasting and seemed like she could care less that we were there or asking questions. I would have considered buying a bottle or two if not for her. A stopped in while attending the first week of the Christmas Lighting Festival. I shopped around and bought a candle and some hand cream, then noticed the tasting room. I had a fantastic tasting experience with Keely, she is spunky and inviting. The wine was superb, I was really impressed with their Cab as well as Pinot Noir. It was interesting to hear the family history of the wine making and see pictures of the winery. I recommend visiting the tasting room and taking a look around the shop whenever you are in Leavenworth, you will not be disappointed. read more
