This is a fabulous place for children (and parents) to explore and get dirty! We hunted for bugs, paid at the grocery store with sticks and leaves, children painted on themselves and other fun places. I highly recommend this Sunday morning class to parents, nannies and grandparents, aunts, uncles...so much fun to be had! The lead teacher, Julianna, had all the kids engaged while running the kids around in a wheel barrow or making mud "cappuccino". She is amazing with high energy and a special report with children and parents. Come, explore, enjoy some messy down time with your kids.

They were pleasant and helpful and great hosts. We were asked about our food preferences and Stephanie did a great job of preparing meals to our liking. We never went hungry and everything was very tasty. They were both great instructors and presented the material in a very organized manner and in small, bite size chunks. Often the "classroom" lessons were in the cockpit as we sailed through the upper keys and the lessons were related to what we were actually doing on the boat at the time. Harold was also helpful in booking the trip and handling all of the logistics. This was a very fun trip, but most importantly, we both now feel comfortable and competent taking our kiddos out on a boat for the weekend.

If you want to see how a review is written when one actually gets MORE than expected, please look at my review of that school. Once again, be wary of Island Dreamer -- they call themselves a sailing school, but really operate as a charter company and do not care whether or not you learn to sail.
