Whether it was lack of proper verification, disorganization behind the counter, or inconsistent information from staff, nothing felt professional or trustworthy. On top of that, the customer service was genuinely awful. Staff seemed uninterested, unhelpful, and at times outright dismissive. Asking simple questions felt like an inconvenience to them, which is frustrating in a setting where customers rely on guidance and accuracy. What's most concerning is the apparent lack of leadership. The general manager, Ryan, seems either unaware of these issues or unwilling to address them. Poor management is reflected in the overall experience, and it shows in both staff behavior and operational standards. There are plenty of dispensaries that take compliance and customer care seriously--this just isn't one of them. I'd strongly recommend going elsewhere if you're looking for professionalism, quality, and a better overall experience.

They have a great selection of strains, my favorite being their Super Lemon Haze. The only drawback of The Farm is the prices. Their prices are some of the highest I've seen in the Boulder area, but I don't think the quality necessarily justifies the high costs. I typically go to Hash House for my flower because they always have organically grown flower for $100 an oz of small buds. Amazing prices and flower, whereas The Farm has above average weed but at a much higher than average cost. You won't go wrong shopping here, customer service is good, quality of products is great, and the vibe of the store is wavy, but you could get better bang for your buck at Hash House in my opinion. Today I called in and spoke with Mark, who answered a few of my questions at first, but rudely hung up on me after refusing to answer what the THC percentage on the Tora Bora strain is. I found this very rude considering it's a relevant question when purchasing marijuana, and is probably readily, easily available info. Another reviewer said that they'll do anything to get you into the door, and this is true; instead of answering my question, Mark said "come down and take a look" before abruptly hanging up. Another point is that they refuse to honor coupons. Mark told me that a 25% off high thc strains coupon on Cannasaver.com-dated for today- wasn't valid because they bought too many high thc strains, so thus they canceled the promotion on a whim (neglecting to take down the coupon from Cannasaver.com). I'll be taking my business elsewhere considering the lack of transparency in mmj America Boulder. As far as the product goes: it's ok bud for the prices. The wax Wednesday is a good deal.
