No courtesy returns now either. There are 2 actual UPS stores on the CU campus so we went to the one with the most access to local residents not affiliated with CU. This one is in the building of the new dining facility for the Williams Village dorms on 30th St. it's a little hard to find and park and their printed hours are not always correct. Call first and verify. When you pull into the dining facility drive, look for the public parking on your right. There are only 5 spaces. Other parking is permit only and it is enforced. It was full today but my husband stayed with the car and I took our package in. The workers was quick and though a free return from a. Implant gave me a receipt. Many students walked to use it as I was leaving so I got lucky on timing. Since UPS reduced its presence in Boulder we do our regular shipping with another similarly priced company and very convenient to our home.
