I am trying to arrange for a UPS store delivery for someone so tried calling this store to learn if it is an option and if so what the price/logistics would be. Repeatedly this morning (10/30/19 in case management wants to look into this) at different times, I tried calling the number listed on both yelp and google maps for this UPS store (303) 494-5252 and everytime someone picked up and hung up on me (though I held out hope that maybe it was just a technical glitch and not horrendous business practice). This last time I decided to keep calling for a few minutes to see what happened. Sure enough, on the fifth attempt (see screen shot, two "canceled calls" represent busy signals I got likely from calling back too quick on their hang-up), someone picked up, said nothing, and either listened on the other end or put the phone on the table as I heard faint voices in the background. Came into the store in a Saturday to ship something. The employee at the desk was nice but was on the phone the entire time I was waiting. Apparently the password to log into whatever system they use was updated and not left for the next employee. I wound up leaving after about twenty minutes as he asked me to come back later. They whole time I was there, Cardi B was blaring on the sound system (the explicit version). The guy at the desk was pretty frazzled so I don't know if he even noticed. I came back after about an hour and he was still on the phone with IT. He said maybe a few more minutes he was updating the password right then. Came back twenty minutes later and still he couldn't log in. So I left and went to usps and had my items shipped within five minutes. The whole experience was a waste of my Saturday. The guy also mentioned that the password is updated regularly so they should probably have a better system of keeping track of the password. Also not sure how it takes over an hour to reset a password? read more

This location is the worst I've ever seen for customer care. The woman at the desk (one of the owners, I believe) is always angry. She makes you shout information to her from 8 feet away. If you hesitate even a moment to think, she snaps at you. It's awful. Even before COVID, it was awful. Routinely I would show up only to see the place closed (hours posted on the window plus on their Yelp and Google listing say they're open). Do the owners just decide not to come in? I write this as I sit outside their door at 10:30 AM and they were supposed to open at 10:00. read more

I sell items on StockX very regularly and every time I ship it off I come to this ups location because of their consistent great customer service. I forwarded mail from another UPS store out of state, where I pay for an annual box. I had called this location to arrange the forwarding, but only at the time of pickup was I charged an additional $5 (beyond the usual shipping/packaging fee) in order to pick up my package. I was not given a receipt, nor is there any written confirmation through UPS that this is a legit charge. read more

They have you stand on a red circle 6 feet from the register and scream out your address and the address you want to ship to, all while other customers are around to hear. Then you hold up your ID from 6 feet away so they can verify it's you. From 6 feet away..really? You can hardly see an ID close up let alone.from 6 feet away. Priscilla is unhelpful, argumentative and possibly incompetent. I tried to drop off AT&T equipment per AT&T's instructions. Priscilla took my equipment and gave me a reference # (but no tracking #) and told me that this is standard because she sends all equipment every 7 days. I was skeptical but OK... Fast forward 3 months, AT&T billed me because they have no record of equipment return. So I called store #1905. Priscilla can't/won't tell me anything about the "reference #" on my receipt and alternately tells me it is "corporate UPS" or AT&T that I should use the reference # on. AT&T says it isn't a valid tracking number and corporate UPS says that it's a store code and I have to take it up with the franchise. But guess what... Priscilla won't help despite me knowing exactly what day and time (to the minute!) I dropped my equipment off. She can't tell me when it was sent, where it was sent, or even IF it was sent. But she was able to tell me over and over that she didn't know anything and it was someone else's problem. Then she hung up on me. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. It's not worth the headache and this franchise should have its agreement pulled by HQ. read more

I had been going to this UPS store since 2007. All the employees in the past - were NICE .. and helpful. NOT ... THIS week! I would give this woman a -1,000 stars! It was AWFUL. I'll be phoning Corporate, among other ACTION. I am DISABLED - and cannot STAND - while she LEFT helping ME, to wait on OTHER customers - who came in AFTER me. Instead, she ought to have completed her "customer service" with me. I could not BELIEVE how rude, insensitive and ... UNPROFESSIONAL this woman was to me. I will have to get someone to DRIVE me to another location (other business entirely), even to drop off packages. I do not have a car, so it WAS great that I could walk there (even on my "good" days this can be painful and difficult). I NOW give this place ZERO stars. I have located both an advocacy group and the contacts for the home office - and "Store Customer Service". This woman should have been patient, kind ... listened. She was very UGLY to me. I had to walk a LONG way - to the library to to then get a librarian to help me make photocopies. My feet were SWELLING, and even worse, in the 95 degree heat. WORST "customer (dis) service" in my 6 decades on this Earth! This was not only BAD treatment, but non-COMPLIANCE with the ADA. SO ... This UPS store located at 4800 Baseline Rd, Boulder provides the best experience I ever encounter. The place is clean, safe and the service is friendly, efficient, precise and thorough. When I do my Amazon returns, I always get my refund notification the very the same day or the very next day. The owner is prompted to serve productively and effectively for the best interest of the customers. It is always quickly done when you're in the store for whatever needs to be done with a safe environment. You can easily go in and out in a briefly time. I have another UPS store nears where I live, but I love going to the one in Baseline and Foothill Meadows Center. It helps me build trust with my packages and time saved, and I always get my shipping arrives on time and refund back. Thank you UPS for your service! read more

A few weeks ago, I went to dropoff off a pre-labeled Amazon return package at this store. Normally a package like this can simply be left on the counter without assistance. There was a line of 5-6 people waiting. I bypassed the line and walked towards the counter to drop off my package. The attendant (owner I think) raised his arm and yelled "Stop!". I told him I had a package that was ready to go and just wanted to drop it off. He shouted in response: "No! Get in line and keep your distance!". I did so, but after a few seconds I decided I wasn't willing to accept his abusive manner. I got in my car and drove to the UPS store on the CU campus (less than a mile away) - pleasant service with no problems. This incident follows at least four previous unpleasant interactions I've had with this individual in the past. For me, it's the CU location from now on. read more

I have had a mailbox here for three and a half years. I have always gotten fast and cheerful service. Priscilla often sees me parking and has my packages ready as I walk in the door. She is very efficient at getting to the needs of customers as quickly as possible. Plus she always gives me a friendly greeting on my way in and out. I've been a PO Box customer for two years and literally the owner and son started yelling in two languages tonight, "they Win, they Win" as they were fighting me about sending a fax. The owner wouldn't do it saying it wasn't his liability for me to drop off a UPS shipment at his UPS Store. I have no idea what he was talking about. I will never go there again and give as much business as I can to FedEx and USPS in the future. I went there on a Saturday just as they were closing. I knocked on the door to see if they would take my package. An Asian guy came to the door took my package and started yelling at me for coming late and how there were liability issues taking a package after hours. He took it anyway but was so rude it was borderline aggressive. I never got a return from the company I was mailing to and will now out in a formal complaint with UPS. Appalling. I used this store for many years mostly to return orders from Amazon. On 06/04/2015 I went into the store to return an expensive item from Amazon. I requested a receipt. The stoned kid behind the counter said that they could not print return receipts anymore as individual franchises opted out to save money. I asked the kid how I got a proof of drop off. The kid started to stamp an index card with the UPS label. I asked how I was supposed to track the package. The kid said that I would have to drop the package off at the UPS hub on Frontier Ave. It seemed pretty hokey that I could not get a return receipt and opted to leave without dropping off my Amazon return. I new that there was a UPS store in Kittredge on the CU campus. I proceeded there was issued a return receipt and treated with much more professionalism. I will not be using the 4800 Baseline store any longer for any of my future UPS needs read more

When I was in here I was helped out by a friendly young Asian man who was just ready to dig into my brain and help me out with everything that wanted to be done on that day. He was just ready and before I could say anything, he first greeted me and while he was pointing to my binder said "those must be w-2 forms that needs to be copied and either faxed or mailed to the destination, correct?" I was amazed. I never said a single thing to this young man but he some how knew that the papers I was holding were w-2s. I guess it's because he had seen many customers with the same situation throughout the week. Still.. it amazed me. Before I even asked for help he was already around the counter walking towards to the black and white copy machine. Once the copies were done instead of asking me which service I wanted to choose between fax or mail, this young man took me step-by-step of how much faxing costs and how much it'll cost to mail with different delivery options. I simply told him option 3 and he was on his way to create a label for me. While he was typing I couldn't tell if he typing or smashing the keyboards.. everything just ended so quick. Not only his customer skills were flawless, his keyboard speed was just outstanding! Comparing to postal office employees, this was just above standard. At the end of the transaction instead of a simple "here's your receipt, have a good day!" he gave me a business card, wrote his name on the back and told me "in the future if you ever need my help again, please call this number or send us an e-mail. and also here is a flyer that has all of the services that we provide at our store" I don't know what to say more about this store and this nice young man. If there was an extra star I would give it to them. I don't know how people can complain when they're helped like this. It just doesn't make any sense. 5 stars - woohoo as good as it gets! read more

Horrible staff and horrible customer service. I shipped a large package out of the country and the employee did not make me aware that the item i was shipping was not allowed to be shipped to that specific country. I paid $300 to ship this item and they sent it back to the store and refused to give me a refund ( even though i paid for insurance as well) I called UPS corporate and they advised me that it was the store employees responsibility to let the customer know whether or not certain items can be shipped to certain countries. Corporate then told me it is the stores responsibility to give me a refund of my money as the shipment was not completed. The employees and the OWNER (Mr.Kim) of this UPS refused to reimburse me for their mistake and were extremely rude and combative. Now i am stuck going back and forth between corporate and this store trying to get my money back for a package that WAS NOT EVEN SHIPPED TO ITS DESTINATION. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UPS STORE TO ANYONE. read more
