Put her great, genuine and warm personality aside. - She took the time to listen to what I was wanting. - She made suggestions. - She is knowledgeable, up-to-date on the latest cuts. - She is METICULOUS - yes...she is a perfectionist and took extra time to make sure my cut met her expectations. - Her shop is spotless - very clean. Most massage therapists cannot apply a deep enough pressure for my liking, but hers was perfect! She also really got into my hips and jaw which I appreciated, because I find most massage therapists shy away from those areas, and that's where I keep all my tension. I wish I lived in the area so she could be my regular masseuse, and I hope she starts to mentor other students to massage the way she does.

She was absolutely amazing with the right level of pressure to make my 90 minutes go way too fast. My bestie had this tall young guy, and she said it was probably the best massage she ever had. I feel like that is standard for facials and they should have a disclaimer about that. Go into the facial, and she was so rough. Weirdly massaged me and kept yanking on my arms saying, "relax!" She also did not tell me a single product that she used on my face/explain what each did. I go to pay...tip was already included, which on principle, annoys me. Then the ladies at the front can't print off my receipt so one says, "do you mind if I sign it for you?" YES I MIND!! They also put a "gift box" up front with your name as a way to push products. It's not a gift - everything is over $50. Worst money I've ever spent. While the massage was good, I could've gotten a good massage for a fraction of the price. We went and we had a great time. The pools were warm, and there was plenty of space despite the fact there was a lot of people in there. There are a lot of kids present so if you're looking for an adult environment, this is probably not the one for you. But it was a good hot spring at an unbelievable price. We got a day pass two of us with three towels for $35. Which I'm not even sure in our hometown we could get into a pool with both of us for that. Wheelchair access: there is a ramp that goes right through the the poolside grill and snakes down and around to the pool. the biggest barriers to access we found were people leaving their stuff in the way. But that is everywhere. The facility is actually remarkably wheelchair accessible. There is no wheelchair lift into the pools so you will have to be able to either transfer to The deck and into the water or go down the stairs. The stairs do have handrails, although they end before the last step, and enter into very shallow water (less than 2 feet deep). We would love to come back and stay the night.

One thing to note is they are very serious about checking IDs for alcohol and monitoring underage drinking, which I honestly respected, so definitely don't forget your ID. Overall, we had a beautiful experience and would absolutely come back!
