I made a trip there and picked up a product, price tag was $71.00 and there was a sale tag over that for $43.00. I wold have paid the $71.00 but the cashier said he had to ask Cliff. When Cliff came over he said "All the parts are here, the price is $100.00." I pointed out the price tag and he blamed an 80 year old guy who works for him, along with other employees for not doing their job properly. I found this curious because 3 weeks earlier I was in the shop and Cliff tried to sell me the exact same product for $71.00. I wanted to investigate what I wanted, finding nothing at a better price, is why I went back. Cliff will not have to worry about me coming back ever.

When I got it home I found that the frame had been broken which now means that I will never have this pistol repaired. Disassembly appears to have been done with a hammer. The shop appears to be more of a hobby than a business. Would never trust this shop for anything and will not enter it again. Unqualified does not come close to describe them as they are far below that.

The seller subsequently returned the gun to the SRM manufacturer in Idaho. SRM sent back a replacement shotgun of a different color (black); the one I purchased was green. I called SRM Arms in Idaho and spoke to the company president, Jeff Hajjar. He said to the mail the gun back to Idaho again. I remarked that the seller might complain about the additional shipping costs. Jeff lost control and got angry and yelled "F..." the seller and "F..." you, then slammed the phone up. I paid over $2,000 dollars for this weapon, and surely didn't expect this kind of service. This is a far cry from what is said on there website: "SRM Arms provides a lifetime guarantee on all its shotgun models. Your satisfaction is paramount to our success and we will do everything, within reason, to assure your confidence and satisfaction with our products and company." Due to this type of reaction and abuse, I would like a full refund for my purchase (invoice number: 94256).

This is the only air rifle shop in the Treasure Valley and I wish they had some competition…read more I took my break barrel rifle in because I couldn't get the scope to zero. Everything was fine and I was shooting 1/4,1/2in groups at 25yds with a 1in tube scope(BSA Sweet 22). Its a .177 Gamo. I tried out another scope that had a 30mm tube which I had to buy new rings for. It didn't work out so I went back to the BSA and couldn't get it to zero. When all was said and done I had a new scope and rings installed and it still wouldn't zero. I don't know what what was wrong with the scope, rifle or me but I was told the problem was fixed. It wasn't and now I'm out over $300. dollars. I was able to figure it out myself by shimming up the scope on the rear ring and now it shoots like it did when I first got it. The scope they sold me is a really good one but the high price I paid stings. Oh well,live and learn.
