We had an issue with our couch that was set up and delivered and have been waiting a while on a replacement couch, we went in to customer service to get some help since we didn't want to wait months for a new part. We were helped out by Dret, not only did she help us solve our problem, she stayed after her time there to make sure we got our whole new couch setup, delivery scheduled, and our financing moved over to to the new couch. We came in from SF to Utah to furnish my daughter's new place, as she is here for college. We went to a few stores and found nothing of real quality, coupled with mediocre customer service. Our experience at The Boulevard was AMAZING from the moment we walked in the door, till 3 hours later when we left with EVERYTHING we needed to furnish the house. Bart and John literally stayed by our sides for the ENTIRE 3 hours, and patiently and informatively answered every single question and even advised us on color schemes (I'm really bad at choosing colors). The high quality and variety of the furniture pieces is awesome. Then upon checkout, Bart gave me his card and said to have my daughter call him any time if she needed anything else or had any questions. We are beyond impressed. Outstanding customer service. No. Just NO. Boulevard Home should change their slogan to Pay More, Get Less. Don't fall for that "hometown" talk, it is obviously just talk. We purchased all brand new appliances from them. Before first year was up, our dishwasher started leaking. Took them nearly 3 weeks to get repairman out. He changed the seal, ran a few loads with no leak, and we thought it was repaired. Month or so later, it began leaking again. Took several weeks for Boulevard to return our calls. Several more weeks before repairman could come out. He looks it over and said they'll be in touch, he needs to research the problem. Weeks later, they call and say we need a new inner door. We will be charged $79 for some parts. Of course, once again it was weeks before repair. This fiasco began when dishwasher was under warranty. It obviously wasn't fixed the first time, and now we must pay. This was about an 8 month ordeal. My cabinet was damaged from the dishwasher leaking. Don't risk this kind of service. We always try to shop local, but this is the exception. They made me take pictures of my credit card, ID and picture of myself over the phone. I was terrified!!! I am fearing the fraud that will possibly be coming my way after all this. They crossed the line of my privacy. People buy things online and never have to provide so much information about themselves. I was alarmed and disturbed. Everything and anything that we post or send through our devices doesn't belong to us any longer... It can get stollen by anyone who knows how to access that data. Even though I couldn't fix anything after this vulnerable exposure that they asked me to do and I followed... I ended up canceling my purchase with the total of $5000+. This experience was so close to being a 5 star rating... Our experience started out great! Walked in knowing that we needed a microwave, dishwasher and washer. The salesman, Dustin Defranco, was great! He helped us get what we needed and we even added a dryer to our purchase. When we paid, we found out that today was the last day to get their free 2 day cruise. Fantastic, didn't even know that they were giving that away! On our way out of the store, Dustin called the DC to let them know we were on our way to pick up our stuff so it would be ready when we got there. While there, we found out that the dryer didn't come with the dryer hose. The girl at the desk in the DC stated that they weren't free. I asked how much they were. She said $10. I was like our purchase qualified for free delivery so you should just throw it for free since we are picking up our items and saving the company money by not having them delivered. She said she couldn't do that. I was like oh, okay. Do we at least get our friends and family discount that we got for our other items? She said she couldn't do that either because this would be a separate invoice.... Seriously, it would have been like a dollar discount! Whatever, here's your money. The young man that helped my husband load everything was awesome! He had everything pulled when we got there and helped load everything on to the back of our truck. So, thank you to the salesmen, the customer service lady at the store and the loader at the DC... My family and I spent $6,000 with Blvd in 2020 and used their financing plan for one year no interest in 2021. We were coming to a close of the year, and I called in not once but twice to speak with them because I would have a $300 balance left. I made sure twice that the interest I would be charged would only be on the $300 and not the $5000 (I paid $1000 in cash from the $6k), and even spoke with them about coming back to purchase a washer and dryer set and using the line of credit I have with them. I was assured over and over, and we even discussed the finance charge information on the back of the statements they send that state "finance charge on your account will be determined for the billing cycle" which made sense that only the $300 would be charged an interest fee. I called 3x the week of August 10th leaving 3 messages when I received an almost $1100 interest charge, and no one would call me back. I finally came into the store and was told I'd need to speak with a Debbie. I finally got a hold of her over the phone and she pretty much told us "sorry, not sure who told you that". I even tried discussing with her that we went over the billing cycle information on the back, and see pretty much said "tough, it is is what it is". We even stated we could pay the $300 today if the interest was removed due to the miss understanding. I am extremely disappointed in BLVD, and want to always shop small in our community and didn't think I'd need to write down names and dates of when these conversations occurred. I had a card of who I spoke with about the washer and dryer, but not the finance rep. It is crazy to think BLVD would think someone would pay off a large bill within a time frame, just to be hit with the full interest anyways if we weren't told otherwise. read more

Bought a Frigidaire over the oven microwave from their Mesquite store 23 months ago and it just died - only a one-year warranty so tough luck, Charlie. Had to go to St. George yesterday, so stopped in there. Sales rep came right up and when I told him I wanted an LG replacement at only $250, he seemed to lose interest. Told him it was special order. He looked it up and said they were out of stock. Seemed like he didn't want to deal with us, so we left. Tried the Mesquite store and they were very accommodating. Go figure. read more

Bought a sofa that I liked. When it was delivered, it was not like the floor model, ot was missing the USB port. They said they would receiver, and the first time they brought the loveseat, and the second time they brought the sofa, but it didn't have the USB port either. They checked their stock, and they did not have any like the floor model that I thought I was buying. So they were selling something they didn't have. They offered me $100 to keep the sofa they sent me. Big whoopee. We are twelve months removed from furnishing our entire home at BLVD Home Furnishings. One of the main purchases was an eight piece leather sectional. It was the most expensive sectional they sold so we anticipated an appropriate level of quality. We have had five service calls, including a call on the first day the sectional was delivered. One of the pieces was defective and rather than replace it, they repaired it. Each time we called to fix something, it took 4+ weeks to repair the couch. In other words, the couch has spent as much time being dysfunctional as in working condition. We hoped that BLVD would work with us during the warranty period to hold the manufacturer accountable for this LEMON. Not the case. Now we are out of warranty and starting to rack up repair bills. Purchased much furniture there it was ok. Purchased Hunter Douglas cellular shades 4 . Terrible installation and still waiting for a return call because one shade fell off and hit me in the head twice. Four foot wide shades were only installed with 2 overhead arms not 3. The cord to pull the shade was too short and the cords very hard to pull. Purchased a remote shade, Hunter Douglas from somewhere else and they fixed the Blvd shades. read more

We recently bought new appliances for our kitchen and when they were installing them, they damaged our front door which now needed repair. We called numerous times and spoke to several people and waited 3 months for the repair to get done. It never was. So buyer beware. If they damage your property bringing their stuff in, you'll end up paying for the repairs. We did as BLVD would not repair the damage they did to our front door as shown by their continued lack of response to the issue. read more

St. George. Bought 2 end tables for delivery. Tables didn't match. Scheduled deliver truck to return and pick up tables. One of the delivery guys argued with me about the return. 3 weeks after the return, still no refund to my credit card. Flimsy excuse when I called. Started dispute resolution with my credit card company. So use a credit card and if you return something to Boulevard Home Furnishings, keep an eye on the refund. Every time I go to The Boulevard the sales associates are very helpful and friendly. I prefer this furniture store over others in the area. I think they have a large variety of styles and quality products. I have bought many different pieces from them over the last 12 years. (2 couches that we still own, 2 large screens the 1st tv worked great for 12 years, 2 dishwashers the 1st one we had for 10 years, 2 laundry sets the 1st set lasted 12 years, tables, carpet, lamps, many other quality accessories and furnishings). Spent around 14k on new furniture and appliances with Boulevard and the fridge we bought was not even 3 months old and started having issues. We call customer service and they sent a technician out and said nothing was wrong. Week went by and it still was making noises and now the ice machine stopped working. They sent a technician out again ( same tech) and this time discovered something was wrong, a fan blade had fallen off. So they fixed that. Two weeks later the freezer and fridge stopped cooling. I called again to customer service and they said they could send out a tech in 3 -4 weeks to look at it.... I asked what am I supposed to do with no freezer and fridge and thanksgiving in 2 weeks?? ... they said that would check and get back by the end of the day, this was a Friday... for a temporary replacement possibly? No call back... so I called on Saturday morning and they told me sorry since you didn't buy "our boulevard warranty " we don't have a temporary replacement for you... but if you want to purchase it we will have the grace period from date of purchase to purchase our warranty and we will bring a temporary fridge over to you on Monday. That's not going to work for us this fridge is 3 months old what's our options, customer service said well you can call the manufacturer.... Should that not be the dealers responsibility??? THE FRIDGE IS ONLY 3 MONTHS OLD... now we are dealing with the manufacturer on our own since Boulevard turned their back on us. Boulevard customer satisfaction policy is empty words. Spent over $1400 on a mattress with 10 year warranty. Mattress now has lost all of the support near outside edges . Because the mattress did not have a 3/4" dip in the middle of the bed ( my wife & I cannot both sleep in the middle of bed & has caused back pain every night with both of us to the point we have to sleep on other beds in our home) . The tech they sent out ( who was very polite, knowledgeable and professional) said that he could see the bowing of the mattress near the outside edges of the mattress. The customer service rep & her manager both said " we cannot do anything for you to resolve your problem". Save your money and time and shop elsewhere with a business that stands behind their product and values their customers. read more

Great stuff inside. We've bought a couch, dishwasher, washer and dryer, TV and some other things. The quality is great, but just costs a lot. We usually go during a sale, since I don't like paying full price when I can avoid it. The diner's delicious and there's nearly always a deal somewhere for it. I tip the workers, they always make a good burger and get it out fast. Wish I could give a stronger recommendation but it's overpriced on mostly everything. I don't always have a consistent experience, I've had good sales folks who make recommendations and seem like they genuinely want to help and also lousy ones who play the know-it-all. Everything I've bought through the years has held up beautifully. You just gotta be ready to spend more. Also they have in-house financing, doesn't get reported to credit bureaus. When you didn't call back (after several calls) I said "shoot, I wonder if Amazon might have these rare and expensive filters? Low and behold, they weren't rare at all and much easier to have sent to my house (rather than driving across town to you) AND here is the interesting part....cheaper by far than what you were going to charge me. This is a follow-up, edited, review for one I posted last month. In short, we purchased a Bosch refrigerator less than a year ago and it started freezing everything regardless of the temperature that you set it at. Being relatively new, it was a bit expensive, and certainly within the warranty, we were unhappy that we had problems with it so soon. I had an unpleasant experience with someone in Boulevard's Service Department and wrote a pretty bad review, which I felt was justified. However, by the next day, a manager from Boulevard contacted me by phone and asked me to explain my experience. She was very professional, listened, went out of her way to understand our frustrations, and did everything she could to make it right, which she did. In less than a week total, including having to order parts, she sent their repair person to analyze the problem and fix it. Tia, from the Service Department, contacted me by phone every couple of days to give us updates. I think they handled an unhappy customer's complaint extremely well. Thank you! read more

I wish they would deliver our furniture. We bought furniture there almost a month ago. They have moved the delivery date for our dinning room table 3 times. The furniture this company delivered didn't have the hardware x3 times to install. So, Home Blvd has been at our home 4 times and we still don't have all the furniture we purchased. I was told last conversation that our furniture would be delivered 3/28. I have called and left messages and still no response. I am never going to get the furniture I purchased a month ago. I wish the would at least call me. BTW I asked for the floor model. They refused. ...sigh...Wish I could give them a 0. We have always been pleased with the helpful and knowledgeable staff and the quality of furniture and appliances we have purchased. Have always had a great experience here. I noticed that some reviews mentioned finding the same product for a lower price elsewhere. We have too, and when we showed the sales staff the lower price, they matched it! This is my experience. We went in to the St George Utah Boulevard Furniture store on February 4th to look for bedroom furniture. Their salesman, Jason was very professional and helpful. We selected over $3,000 worth of furniture. He had us pay 20% to have the furniture held for us when it came in to avoid it being inadvertently sold to someone else. We spoke with our salesman a few times during our 18 day wait about pricing and adjusting the quantities of the order. We called him on Feb 17th to get a tentative delivery date. We were told that it was scheduled for Saturday, February 22nd. About 10:45 am on Saturday we had not heard from them about a delivery time so we called the store. They transferred us to the delivery clerk who confirmed that we were on the schedule for between 2pm and 4pm. 2pm and 4 pm came and went and still no word from them. We called the store and were told that we were not on the schedule because we hadn't paid for the balance of the order. They also told us that they had called us three times to settle up but that is FALSE. We have very detailed records of ALL calls that we get and make whether they are missed calls or not. There were no calls from them nor were there any messages left for us. Not only did they have us sitting home all day waiting for them even after they confirmed that we were on the schedule for Saturday and again confirming that they would be here between 2pm and 4 pm, they falsely told us that they had called us to arrange for the payment. NOT TRUE. Even beyond that they were unaccommodating to our needs even after the messed up. Nothing they said was true they were totally unwilling to go out of their way to meet our needs. We will not be doing business with them again. There are plenty of other options for buying furniture. We actually found the same furniture at another store for considerably less than what they priced out to us. They don't even deserve the single star that I had to select to continue with my review. We lived in St George several years ago and received excellent service here. We just moved back and wanted a specific brand and model of sofa. The lady was able to find it and told us it would be a special order, unlike the one on the floor that was a different leather. She gave us two different approximate prices. My wife gave her cell phone number to her and we asked that she get a firm price and call my wife. We never heard back from her. Very disappointing. Fortunately, another store in St George carries the same brand so we hopefully can get it from them. read more

This is a huge store with a vast selection. We were came in looking for an advertised recliner chair. Derek greeted us and showed us many different chairs to compare with the one we came to see. He even suggested a chair that was $200 less. We were very impressed with his integrity and his looking to see that we were satisfied. I would have preferred if their pricing was more straight forward and that you didn't have to haggle for a deal, but we walked away very satisfied customers. Ordered a headboard, footboard and rails for our bed from them while on vacation. They couldn't deliver it to us 3 hours away, which is understandable, so we arranged to pick it up in a couple of weeks. We did so and brought it back home. We then cleared out our room and laid out the headboard, and realized that we got the wrong one and it was missing pieces. So we called them, they picked it up and replaced it with the right headboard, but this time it was missing about 1/3 of the pieces and the headboard itself was very clearly damaged. All but one of the 5 boxes that the headboard, rails and footboard came in were already opened on at least one side. It included partial instructions for our set, and another set of instructions for a completely different headboard. Now we have the right headboard set that is damaged and incomplete. read more
