There were also frames, sheets, pillows, night stands, lamps, and many other items. I was warmly greeted by an employee (I forgot his name). The employee assessed my needs and showed me selections in my price range. I was given space and time to try out the mattresses and found one I absolutely LOVE. I have been sleeping on it for 3 nights now and I am so glad I have my new mattress. My nights have changed for the better!

As the name implies, they meet you by appt only but are pretty much willing to drop what they're doing and go anytime. I met them within 30 minutes. Super friendly, very knowledgeable about their inventory with LOTS to choose from. What made the deal possible for me on the spot was their super easy financing with 90 days same as cash. They delivered it to my house within an hour of purchase and made the whole experience worth taking time out of my day to write about online. The corner was a perfect placement. L The sales staff at Ashley were cordial and accommodating. Kennedi greeted us at the entrance, and after listening to our dilemma, the oversized straight chair was first suggested. It was dismissed as not being cozy enough to curl up for an afternoon's nap. This circular chair, once presented, stopped the clock. The chair is firm and comfortable. The chair was selected on a Saturday and delivery was scheduled for the following Saturday. David volunteered to conclude the sale on Monday for a busy Kennedi. While some might have found the chair expensive ($600+) adding delivery and cleaning/replacement damage coverage brought total still under $1000. Oversized recliners are in this same ballpark. It is nice to buy local. Our delivery service was a TEN. The sale...seamless.

I wasn't aware it was needed nor did the Ashely sales folks indicate it was needed. Also, magic fingers was supposed to be part of the package. It was not. When I called the store to ask if a mattress was needed and if there were magic fingers on the bill I was told by Jason he would get right back to me. He didn't. I called the next day furious and talked to the current manager, Mitch, because Jason was out that day. He also said he would get right on it to see if we needed the box springs and what happened to the magic fingeres. Absloutley no response. Today, still no response and I have talked to 2 different service entities, the last in the Philippines. All zero help. Please don't buy anything from these people. Service is non-existent.
