We had a great experience with F Row / Denver Mattress in Draper, UT. So when we recently moved to Mesquite, NV we visited the STG location. The sales rep was great to work with, (although I am told she no longer works there) and we ended up spending almost $8,000. Despite this, we still had to pay an almost $350 delivery fee. We had multiple deliveries due to items being back ordered. This is where my rating goes from 5 stars, as I think their furniture is good quality, to 3 stars, as the delivery people they contract out to are awful. Who delivers furniture at 6:15am? When I expressed my concern to Liz, her reply was "yeah, they like to get started early." Since we have already been waiting two months for this piece, we had no choice but to agree to an early delivery. Three different deliveries and not one was inside the promised time frame. The language barrier was also a bit challenging. We have more furniture to buy, but due to the delivery companies they use, and expensive costs associated, we probably will not buy from this location again. I asked the Liz to contact me about my concerns. I feel a credit of our delivery fee is the least they can do, but never heard back. Maybe corporate gives them a delivery budget, so they are forced to utilize cheap delivery services, but when someone spends this amount of money AND is being charged for delivery, they need to do better. You're better off buying furniture off Amazon. Furniture Row is overpriced for something even Amazon won't sell. Just buy from Amazon at this point or but used furniture. read more

No one greeted us even though we were the only customers in this huge place. We had to ask a female employee for help. Danielle looked up which beds came in California king size. The two male employees at the other end of the store in mattresses were totally useless. They ignored us and talked to each other. They had good deals and nice things, but nothing that we needed. read more

The original salesman we dealt with was amazing. After he left though it was a different story. We bought a new sectional sofa and with the purchase came unlimited refills on the cleaners for our furniture. We live over an hour away and so every time we come over to Saint George we stop and refill our bottles, between 3 kids and our dogs ( yeah I know you're not supposed to let kids on your couch but they just don't listen. :-D ) we go through a lot of cleaner.......and there is a special someone who is OCD and it must be to their level of clean.... anyway. Every time we go into the store for the refills the staff make it seem like it is a huge inconvenience and always make comments about buying more stuff and that we are always coming in for refills......well...we paid for them....we are going to use them. read more

I had to buy a replacement sofa bed remotely for a rental property in Kanab. Todd was my salesperson and took a lot of time helping me with a solution ( over the phone from California multiple phone calls lots of questions ) that could work in my time frame and was what I wanted. The sofa arrived and was delivered on time. Now that I actually see it I am very pleased. It is better quality and more attractive than I could have hoped for. Its been 9 months since I posted about my initial visit to Furniture Row. It was a long wait until I had things ready at the house and decided what I wanted to get. I checked out every furniture store in the St. George area, and while I had an okay experience at those places, I ended up going back to Furniture Row to buy everything. As for a previous reviewer's comment that you can get a better price elsewhere, I have to disagree. I priced their Dana sofa by Flexsteel at LivingSpaces and Furniture Row had it nearly $200 cheaper, regular price vs regular price. I finally made my purchases during their Memorial Day sale and again, yesterday, during their 4th of July sale. I bought a queen size bed and mattress, couch, chair, coffee table, counter height dining table and chairs, 2 hammered brass lamps, various decorations (some were 75% off!). I dealt mostly with Jeri, who answered all my questions every time I dropped by over those 9 months, which was often. She put up with all my questions, thank you Jeri. I also spoke with the manager, Eric, in the mattress department and, well, just about everybody who works at Furniture Row and to a person they were exceptional and went the extra mile for me. I can't say things good enough about the entire staff there, and they keep impressing! My house is finally starting to look like a home. I'm very happy with my purchases. read more

Absolute BEST customer service and follow through of any establishment ever. Anyone can provide decent customer service, but the thing about Furniture Row is that they do what they say they're going to do, and follow through with updates. Taylor and Brian in floor management take care of the customer and bend over backward to see that the transaction outcome is total satisfaction. The delivery associates. Chase and Selee, are quick, efficient, friendly, courteous and Covid compliant - they got the furniture in the door and set up in just minutes, answered all questions and left me feeling gratified and confident that I had made the perfect choice in a furniture company. Ordered a desk for my home office because they didn't have one in stock. It took a couple of weeks to get here and then they delivered it to my home. The desk came in two pieces and somehow the hardware to connect the two pieces was missing. They said that they would send someone over with the hardware in a couple of hours. A young man showed up a couple of hours later and said that parts were missing and he couldn't attach the two pieces. He had me call the store and tell them because he would rather me tell them. The salesman told me that they would have to order a whole new desk and it would take a couple more weeks. I went into the store approximately two weeks later to check on the order and they said it was in. I asked why they hadn't called me and they said it just came in the night before. They rescheduled the delivery for the following Friday and I commented to them not to forget the hardware this time. Well, Friday comes along and they are later than the tracking time showed. I finally get a call saying they are on the way but they can't find the hardware. I was very upset and told them they better take the hardware off the showroom desk then. The guys show up and only bring half of the desk. They leave to go back to the warehouse to find the hardware and show up a couple of hours later. They finally put the two pieces together and have me sign an "as is" acceptance. After they left I then noticed a big gouge out of the front of the desk. At this point, I did not want to deal with these people any more. I tried to cover the gouge as best I could and am just going to live with it. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with this company ever again. They are very unorganized and the quality of the furniture is not good. read more

We've been so pleased with this place. We bought our last couch here about four years ago, loved it. Recently came in for the Veteran's day sale and bought a dining set, couch, TV stand, bed set, and Todd Chipman was very helpful! When the chairs we ordered became back ordered for an extended period of time, he offered alternate chairs from the showroom floor for us to use until ours are delivered. I was happy with furniture row in St George, Utah until I tried to get my furniture delivered. The driver decided to deliver my furniture 5 hours early to an empty house without notifying me and then the store never informed me that this was happening. Here it is day 2, drove to Pine Valley and sat in the house and waited for 3 hours to no one showing up a second time! I am very unhappy with the service of trying to get the furniture that I have already paid for. I've waited for almost 4 weeks and still no furniture. I guess a refund may be my only option since no furniture and no explanation as to why this is happening has been forthcoming...the female manager that spoke to me after I inquired of this tried to blame it on me for not answering my phone for the early surprise delivery...No message was left, I can't take calls during my work day. I had already confirmed and set up the delivery time. I"m very frustrated and unhappy with the service that I've received. read more

We had an absolutely excellent experience!! We worked with Jeri; she was so very helpful and spent a great deal of time with us. She wasn't pushy and truly tried to determine our needs and direct us accordingly. She was thorough and always followed up with us, when she indicated. We ordered a dresser; it came in earlier than what was scheduled. Unfortunately, it was damaged, but she and the manager did everything to make it right, to our complete satisfaction. We also bought a mattress and love it. When we need additional furniture, we will definitely return. We would highly recommend!! read more

We have been looking for furniture since we arrived in St. George 2 months ago, a friend told us of this place so we went to investigate and to our surprise it was a very nice place, we worked with the Manager Peter and he was wonderful, knowledgeable and to help us in all departments, we ended up buying bed, night stands and a mattress, great buys and very happy with the purchases, not we are waiting to close Escrow on our new home and having the furniture delivered. I checked out every single furniture store in St. George and all of them could not beat Furniture Row's pricing. They have a great selection, the staff is helpful, but not pushy at all. There were salespeople following me around at other stores. I highly recommend Furniture Row. read more
