Well, I have used this party rental place several times over the years and it's always been great service. Not this time. First, they dropped off the waterslide 2 days early and didn't pick up until Monday, since it was a Saturday rental. Most people would be excited to have some extra days, except for the fact that a bounce house on your grass for 5 days is not so great for the grass. Second, when it was delivered it was not turned on and tested out. We were told we had to use our own extension cords with no further instructions. So the next day, we roll out our own extension cords and realize the blower plug was burned out. When I called and advised Bounce-A-Roo, they blamed US for the damage and were insisting we damaged the cord. They come out to replace it and adv it will be a $50 charge. UMMM NOPE. Then he proceeded to tell me that we were using the wrong cords. So, even though I knew we weren't the ones who damaged the blower, for the sake of saving my sons birthday party.. I go out and BUY new cords only to realize it was the same 16 gauge cords we were using before! Thankfully, we made it through the party but it doesn't end there. The day of pick up.. the guy calls and wants ME to inflate the slide and get all the water out. Ummm NOPE.. "you had one job.." LAST, when he comes to pick it up, he blames me for not getting the water off and leaves it until the next day. Considering all the WORK I DID, Bounce-A-Roo should be paying ME! I will never use this company again and I will be blasting this review to all of my friends. Ridiculous. read more

So disappointed. We wanted to really enjoy this. Prices are way too steep in my opinion. It cost me $17 for three kids to mini golf, took 10 minutes total. I purchased mini golf with a 20% discount. Entry cost for unlimited pay is $9.99. You HAVE to purchase their socks for $2 a pair at your first visit. They remind me of hospital socks, but there's no difference other than having their name than a regular sock. We thought there was a little more to this place like it was advertised. It's one larger jungle gym with a loud zip line, and two bounce houses, and some floor pad game. That is it. There is a machine that dispenses spiked balls for 50 cent. It was so low it was hard to grab. We grabbed 4 total balls from the "claw machine" I have two boys and got 1 red, and 1 blue that my son took forever getting. I'm assuming it was an owner or managers daughter, and grandchildren here at the same time. Anyways they were running a mock when we got there, they were the only others here. They were playing with staff. The two younger boys related to someone on staff took two of our balls right off the table. There was no apology from anyone on staff. A front desk grabbed the ball the first time and gave it back. A few minutes later another child took the 1 blue ball we had. Instead of getting it from him or even apologizing they let him have it. We were offered a dollar personally from the front desk girl, who seemed to be the nicest here. We weren't able to get another ball, they got one from the back it was purple, not the biggest deal whatever. If you're running a business especially brand new- how about not having your family ruining that business look for you. We won't ever return nor recommend this place. Save your money and go to an unlimited play at Jumperz, or Jump Zone. read more

This place doesn't have much in the way of inflatables. We were quoted $20 for entry for 2 kids which is fine but then we were told we HAD to buy their socks even though we had our own. This has got to one of the biggest ripoffs I've seen in a while. Won't be back. read more

Way to steep of a price for what you get. There is one large jungle gym, two bounce houses, and a floor mat game @ $9.99 for each child. Laser tag and mini golf are additional. There were A/C service men changing filters during our playtime and disrupting the play. It was very clean, but very small. There is more variety at Slinkees. read more

The facility is nice and new and clean. These are all important, but I was pretty disappointed in the service. The prices were a little high, but not too bad. We took three kids and a baby and were the only ones in the whole place in the morning on a Thursday. We were celebrating my sons 4th birthday but left not too long after getting there. One guy with glasses sat at a picnic table watching us to make sure we didn't use any facilities we did not pay for. Like 6 other people sat at a table in the back and never approached us until I asked to buy the kids a juice. I told the guy who helped us it was my son's bday and he basically said "that's nice." My 1 year old got stuck at the top of their blow up slide because he was afraid. He was crying and we sent the other kids up to try and bring him down but no one offered to help or told us we could get him until I talked to the girl at the front. The music choices were not necessarily unpleasant but a little old school for children. The bathrooms have a great theme, but at least the boys bathroom is not built for children. There is no divider next to the urinal, the urinal is too high, the soap and such is too high. read more
