The mom said pirate booty? And the guy in the Deadpool shirt said I want some of that, sounding like he was talking about the woman's booty. He brushed it off saying oh she was talking about the kids that is to bad. I am another mom. If I hear this person or anyone else talking like that again while my kids are there I will be forced to find a new gym to bring them to. He did not seem to have kids and looked as if he was flirting with the lady sitting at the front desk. I am utterly disgusted by this. There is small girls wearing skirts, unitards, and other revealing clothing for gymnastics. This guy should not be around little girls talking in this manner.

My daughter has improved so much with her tumbling because the coaches are giving critiques and assisting her over and over again to help her complete a stunt correctly. The atmosphere is great, the gym is clean and everyone seems to love what they do. Any interactions I've had with coaches wether after practice or at the desk has been very friendly and helpful. We hope to continue at this facility for years to come!!

But it's a little sexy to be sweating up a storm in a dance studio with wide windows into the parking lot. It's kinda cool to watch people walk pass and then do a U-Turn to check what's really going on in the room! There is also ballet for younger children and hip hop. Not sure when either classes start or end. Little girls in tutus are twirling away before I get to class and somewhere in the middle I start hearing hip hop from the adjoining rooms.

Both of my daughters practically grew up there. What started as childcare became a true second home -- a place where they were known, encouraged, and genuinely cared for. The staff never treated them as just another name on a roster. They invested time, patience, and heart into helping them grow not only socially, but academically as well. Today they are confident, respectful, and motivated young adults, and I credit much of that foundation to the nurturing environment JCA created for them year after year. The programs balance structure with fun, responsibility with belonging, and education with character development. If you are looking for a youth program where your children will be supported, challenged, and valued, JCA delivers. We are deeply grateful to the dedicated staff who helped shape our daughters into the people they are becoming.

Such a fun time last night at Camp Chowenwaw!…read more We stayed in one of the treehouses, number 5 to be specific. There was so much wildlife to be heard throughout the night including owls, woodpeckers, and what we think were crickets or maybe lubbers. The bathrooms and shower areas were very clean for a park/camping area. There are different trails to explore along the path to the treehouses, which we didn't have a chance to do. We suggest bringing a sheet or blanket to cover your mattresses. Each treehouse has 2 twin sized bunk beds (total of 4 mattresses). They are VERY uncomfortable, so if you need extra support, you should probably bring a mattress topper/padding. The grills were pretty clean, just need some dusting off before cooking, though, nothing out of the ordinary. Upkeep for everything was great!

Their trail systems through the uplands and the wetlands offer scenic tracts for the hiking enthusiast. Camping facilities include 15 tent sites, two lodges with bunk beds sleeping 16 people per cabin, 9 tree house cabins, each accommodating 4 people, and 7 cabins with bunk beds sleeping 4 - 8 people. Each campsite has a bathhouse with full restroom accommodations and a unit house with electricity including a stove and refrigerator. Located throughout the park and at each campsite are picnic tables and grills for use by campers and park visitors. Just note: Vehicle access is limited & all camping sites and cabins are accessed by walking trails. The park is ideally suited as a natural outdoor environmental education facility when you consider the setting, location, and proximity of diverse upland and wetland ecosystems. Classes and naturalist programs for organized groups and the public will be available in outdoor and indoor classrooms. This is one magical place off the beaten path where you can still interact with wildlife, get a little exercise, enjoy nature, explore the unknown, cool off in the water and at the end of the day, sleep in a tree and still be close to home! How can you not love that?!!
