I was told our items would be delivered between 10:30-11:30am (reservation was at 1:30pm) but they didn't ultimately come until 1:35pm (with minimal updates,) and they didn't pick up on time either. The snow cone machine wasn't as clean as I would have expected and only 11/12 chairs matched. Like I mentioned, we received the items ordered, but if you are hoping for efficient communication and quality rental pieces I would use another company.

Jr. answered immediately, we discussed the packages, he explained the fees and payment type (CASH only) and we scheduled his services. Jr. called a day before to confirm our reservation, which was the Sports themed Jumper, one table and ten chairs for $110. He agreed to come over an hour before the party and would arrive around 7:30/8 pm, so we would have jumper from 1:00pm-8:00pm. The day of the party, the clouds looked like they were not going to cooperate, and we were feeling a bit bummed. Jr. called wanting to confirm again if we wanted the jumper even with the chance of rain. We decided rain or shine, we will be getting our jump on! He arrived a bit earlier then expected, no complaints from us, and proceeded to set up swiftly. He went over all the regulations with my Hubby and we exchanged the contract for the cash. The jumper was in great condition, very clean and we had absolutely no complaints. As quick as he set the jumper up, he was even swifter when he arrived at 8 pm lol!
