This was my first time renting a jump house, and I was a nervous since it was going to be the central activity at our party. I'm happy to say that Fun Jump Houses exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be using them again in the future! We held our party at a city park (they're insured for our city's parks, which made things easy), and our setup was in a gazebo on the far side, quite a distance from the parking lot. I was really worried they might just set up the jump house in the nearest patch of grass for convenience. But when the delivery person arrived, he was incredibly friendly and had no problem pulling the heavy cart all the way along the concrete path to our chosen area. That kind of effort meant a lot and made the party run a lot smoother. Pick-up was just as smooth. The pickup guy even waited patiently while we snapped a few last-minute pictures in front of the jump house. Honestly, things were so hectic in my stressed out brain during setup that although I'm sure very obvious, I didn't catch if it was the same person for both drop-off and pickup -- the name on the card I received on drop off was Elliot, & the pickup person introduced himself as Joseph. Whether it was one or two people, both were professional, on time, and easy to work with. We rented the #53 Module Combo, and it was perfect! It had a small jumping area with a basketball hoop, a crawl-through tunnel, some obstacles, and a fully enclosed slide in the center. It felt clean, safe, and secure -- and the kids ranging from 4-10years loved it. One more thing I really appreciated: when I called to ask about options, the unit I originally considered was more expensive. Instead of trying to upsell me, they actually recommended the one we ended up getting, which cost less and did end up as a better fit for my needs. I really appreciated that. Last month I threw a party for my daughter. I am not the greatest party planner so I emailed them a couple days before the party to see if I can rent chairs and tables . They really came threw for me. The party started late and they were able to drop off chairs a couple hours before. The only thing I would add is that they came at 10 ish at night to pick up chairs when the party was still going, I am not sure if I failed on communicating or if they did because I did not remember getting a pick up time from them. The driver was very nice and said no worries I can come tomorrow morning to get the chairs. He had a beautiful dog that tagged along with him . So overall it was a easy peasy experience. read more

Decided to order from them again recently, of course another bad experience. I have given this company a lot of money in their pockets & today was the worst experience I've had. I always discuss with the owner Elliot what I wanted prior to the event. Today the jumphouse was 30 min late, came with no banner like I've asked. I reached out to him, he basically said it was my fault because of miscommunication & that they had alot of events. Even though I screenshot our previous messages to show him & he said he needed to charge me extra this time for a banner. Never has he mentioned or charged me for a banner for the jumphouse but I guess this time he needed to so I ended up without a banner. And I ordered a basic jumphouse but he brought the wrong one. I tried to contact him to tell him he ignored all my messages & basically didn't care. It's supposed to be about the customers needs when it comes to owning a business. I was very upset & surprised that this was how I was being treated as a customer who rents from him a lot even after the first bad experience. Also this time it wasn't for my own party.
