I really didn't want to have to tell my son and all of his little friends that there wouldn't be a bounce house as all of them had been looking forward to it. I called Big Peach Bounce House Rentals hoping against hope that they could help me - and they did! I paid for the rental online while I was on the phone with them and they had the unit delivered and set up within an hour. The man and woman that delivered, set up and picked up the bounce house were very professional and kind. We are so grateful for their help and their quick response. We literally had three hours to come up with "plan B". I reached out to Marsher Wells at Time 2 Play Inflatables and they had a bounce house and cotton candy machine delivered and set-up within an hour. We experienced a small issue with the cotton candy machine. Marsher was very apologetic and responded by delivering a replacement machine along with replenished cotton candy supplies. Good customer service makes this place "top notch". I would highly recommend Time 2 Play for your party needs.
