I have rented from this company for 8 years in a row (often more than once per year). I have spent thousands of dollars with them and have been a loyal customer. This year, I rented 2 slides. The one I recently rented for the last day of school arrived very late. I have never had this experience before. I had a group of kids waiting and asking when the slide was coming. When the slide arrived, it was dirty. Not only was the set-up late, it wasn't ready for delivery and needed to be cleaned before the kids could go on. It made what should have been a fun and celebratory day unnecessarily stressful as a party host. I wasn't even considering posting any public review because I have never had this issue with Fresno Fun Jump before and I figured maybe they had some internal hiccups that day. It happens. I received an email from Fresno Fun Jump asking to rate my delivery and I provided the feedback they asked for. I knew this was not a public forum, but rather an internal survey to help improve customer satisfaction. As soon as I sent the email, I received multiple calls from Fresno Fun Jump. They let me know they would credit me $50 and they were canceling my reservation for a waterslide on July 4th. I was astounded that this was their response. I told them the constructive feedback I gave was just a response to their survey and it was not public. I cannot believe they would be so unprofessional with a long time and loyal customer. They are leaving me stranded for a busy holiday and have no regard. Again, I simply responded to an internal survey email that they sent, letting them know their delivery was late. I figured this would be helpful for them as a business to know so they can work on improving their procedures for future customers. The fact that they would retaliate is so incredibly unprofessional and unethical. I believe the woman who made this decision was the manager and her name was Myra or Marcie or something like that. I am now writing this review publicly. Hopefully the business owner sees it, or at a minimum, maybe it will help someone else decide who to go with if they are trying to determine what companies are reliable, professional, and ethical. read more

My school rented from Fresno Fun Jump the last week of school. The school rented at least eight things (slides, maze, climbing tower, foam, and more.) They were over an hour late setting things up. The kids were supposed to have from 9:00 to 11:00 to play. The kids didn't go out until 10:15 and three of the things were STILL not set up. Lunch was at 11:00 and the kids went home at 1:00 (except for the kids who stay after school). Kid's went home crying because they didn't get to play on everything. This was NOT a small job. Fresno Fun Jump should have arrived earlier and brought more people if that is what it took. I have only ever written one review before but this review had to be written because it hurt the kids. This is NOT a way to run a business. I strongly recommend that you sign with them cautiously. read more

Drop off and pick up of their products is always on time and I love that I don't have to worry about being home. They will work with me to retrieve items from my home without having any interaction with the personnel which is perfect given the pandemic. On Friday 10/29/21 the company cancelled for our event 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery! We had 30 children with Special Needs waiting for the bounce how to arrive. Luckily Bounce2Udrop came through within 45 minutes of us calling them and delivered a bounce house for the event. Don't schedule with Fresno Fun Jump! They are AWFUL! worst experience. they told us everything we rented would be there by 3:00 for our prom. after 45 minutes we called to find they wouldn't be there until 5:45, but didn't show up till 6:20, 10 minutes before our event started. not only were they over 3 hours late, the popcorn machine we rented came with popcorn and butter inside and hadn't been cleaned since it's last use. the bouncy house also frequently collapsed when we had limited the number of kids inside like they had told us. we also had rented the ferris wheel bounce house because it was supposed to light up, but when set up noticed the bouncer didn't have a single light attached. complete false advertisement and extremely difficult to work with. do not recommend. complete pain in my ass read more

*TERRIBLE COMPANY* When I was planning a party I looked and looked for a reliable company to deliver and set up two bounce houses. When I found Fresno Fun Jump I saw that they had great reviews. I think they wrote those reviews themselves. They were 2.5 hours late, unprofessional and don't care about customer service. I made the HUGE mistake of paying the full price before hand, since they broke contract and their word I'm out a lot of money for two bounce houses and a cotton candy machine (which was an added bonus for the kids). I went to their office to get some money back since they didn't do what they said they were going to do. They told me they will put a check in the mail after 'processing' and still two weeks later I have no compensation. While I was talking with them and explaining the situation I was in financially, all Marcy could do is roll her eyes and the guy (James) shrugged his shoulders and said that their lateness was not their fault. They could care less of what their employees/sub did. They are now avoiding my calls and emails. They are a bad company - do not use them! read more

So I called this place almost a month in advance to make sure that I got the jump house I wanted, confirmed with the guy that I wanted a certain one and that it be dropped off my house no later than noon. It was $80 for 6 hours, I wanted the jump house from noon - 6pm. The day BEFORE the party, I even called to confirm with them that I needed the jump house to be at my house a noon. The guy on the line said, that's fine, he can do that and for me not to worry. The DAY OF the party, its noon, he's not there, so I'm thinking, its no biggie he's probably just running a bit late. 1pm comes around, nothing. 2pm comes around, still nothing. I call the office and a lady answers, she tells me that the guy is running really late and that he's on his way now. So of course, I tell them I'm not paying full price for the jump house because it was late and all the kids were just waiting for it since NOON. The lady says okay she will notify the driver. 3pm, 4pm, 5pm! NOTHING! I tried calling the office again and guess what? They turned off their phone and all the messages went straight to voicemail. WOW, just WOW. My husband called and told them not to bother coming anymore and that we don't want it, so with that the guy calls right back, offering us 20% off and that we could keep it for the whole night and next day until 3pm. It was ridiculous! Not only were they late, they turned off their phone so that no one could reach them. Not even a call to tell us they were late. RUDE! Never renting from these people ever again. When people ask me where to rent a jump house, I tell them, NOT THIS PLACE. read more

Horrible customer service. I ordered a bounce house/waterslide over 6 weeks in advance online. Was told to call before 5 pm the day before my party to check delivery time. I called and was told that they would deliver between 9-10 am. Perfect since my party started at 11am. Not so much. I called them at 10 am the day of the party because they had not arrived yet for an ETA and they said theyd be at my house in a half hour and said it would take only 10 min to set up. Ok so at 10:50 when they still werent there I called back and they said they would call me back. Finally after 11, when the party already started, my husband called and told them that they were late and asked for a discount. The lady said they would be there in 4 min and they could knock off $10. When my husband told the lady it was unacceptable and told her to just cancel the order the lady said that she is still charging us for the $40 deposit and hung up on my husband. Of course when he called back no one answered. Thats not even the icing on the cake. When we called another company to rent from they specifically asked if we had rented with Fresno Fun Jump. When we said yes, they said they have been called several times to clean up after their "messes". They were very unprofessional and unreasonable.
