They set up a day early and took it a day later, which was nice considering we had it for a little extra. My friend Jay put me in touch with Kim who was really easy to talk to and didn't seem too worried about money up front (which a lot of places are). So that was nice to not have to be nagged for a down payment. When they came for set up and delivery we paid cash in full and even tipped the guys since they had to come by 2x. The slide appeared new was clean and safe and easy to use. They just gave us a few easy to follow instructions and we were all set. They also had much better prices then a lot of the other places. We rented this LAST MINUTE & they were still able to cater to our wants/needs. I definitely recommend this company for a very easy rental!!!

Every year for my daughter's birthday, her only request is a bounce house. She talks about it the…read moreentire year leading up to said date. As we do each year, my husband and I booked a bounce house about a month in advance for a weekend long birthday celebration. During booking, you are required to pay a $100 deposit as well as the driver tip. We signed the Jumparoo Rentals RI contract (see photo for contract) and acknowledged the cancellation policy which in short says if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you get a rain check, less than 48 hours, you pay the full price. Additional language about a fee being charged if they arrive and you aren't prepared. We mowed the yard, cleared the space and prepared as directed. Friday afternoon I received a text message with a dropoff time. The text did not request a response or confirmation. At 7pm on Friday night I received a voicemail from them reiterating the dropoff time and stating to call or text with "any issues or problems". Saturday morning I received an email at 630am stating due to lack of confirmation they have cancelled our scheduled 730am dropoff. They also state they called me several times which is patently false and can easily be disputed via call log. I emailed, texted, and phoned several times to try and salvage my daughter's day with no response. Thankfully we found another local bounce house rental who delivered immediately. Save your money and stress and use ANY other company. Jumparoo clearly has no issue breaching their own contract and leaving their customers high and dry.
