The gift bag section was a bit lacking but the sales associates were very polite and knowledgeable on the product lines they carry. I also noticed the sales associates actually interact with customers and walk the floor (a rarity this day in age). The price points on products were comparable to other nearby brick and mortar stores. Though I don't think it was necessary to knock down The Old Country Buffet (RIP) I think this store is good for greeting cards and mugs like Worlds Okayest [insert whatever title you want here].

You buy an item at full price and get a gift card back for the same amount, which basically makes it free. I honestly don't know how they manage to do that as a business, but I'm not complaining! This location is especially great. I come here often, and the supervisor Hope is always so friendly and welcoming. She recognizes me as a regular, greets me every time, and is genuinely kind. Hope is great at her job. She is able to fix any issues that take place and is really good at fixing any issues with prices at the register. They truly have just about everything you could possibly need or want. Definitely a go-to spot for great finds and even better deals.

But they had them at Job Lot! A very fair price at $13.99. They are quite large and healthy. They've been planted in my garden in Boston for roughly 10 days. So I went back to OSJL in Lincoln yesterday and they still had more! Yay for me! I traveled 1 hour to OSJL Lincoln to get more to add to my garden! My cashier was super nice! Thank you!

They had a sale going in which was buy one item, get a second item 50% off everything in the store. The also provide free engraving while you wait. The staff was very attentive and helpful. My daughter chose a lovely bracelet which had a round charm attached to allow engraving. The prices were reasonable especially with a second item for the additional discount. Overall this is a nice store with a great selection of gifts!
