They set up a day early and took it a day later, which was nice considering we had it for a little extra. My friend Jay put me in touch with Kim who was really easy to talk to and didn't seem too worried about money up front (which a lot of places are). So that was nice to not have to be nagged for a down payment. When they came for set up and delivery we paid cash in full and even tipped the guys since they had to come by 2x. The slide appeared new was clean and safe and easy to use. They just gave us a few easy to follow instructions and we were all set. They also had much better prices then a lot of the other places. We rented this LAST MINUTE & they were still able to cater to our wants/needs. I definitely recommend this company for a very easy rental!!!

Between the bounce area and slide there was plenty of space for 8 children ages 6 and under. I didn't have to wince when one more than one went down the slide at the same time. There was also a hoop in the bounce area that the kids loved shooting small beach balls into. He only refunded me about half of what I paid, and I had to threaten to call the cops to get my refund. Buyer beware this guy really tried to scam me and screw me over.

He did not have the correct cord, so I went and bought one at the local hardware store. It cost me $31.98, but I only took $30 off of the agreed upon total. He installed the cord, and before he left I tried the dryer, it wouldn't turn on. The newly installed breaker kept tripping, so I called the electrician, and paid him $320, he assured me it had a 30 day warranty. The electrician came, charged $110 for the service visit. Joe had installed the cord incorrectly, and the incorrect installation on Joe's part was the problem, not the breaker. Trying to be kind I asked Joe to split the service fee of $110, asking him for $55. He offered $20, leaving me with a $90 service fee. DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM for a bounce house, he kept placing the blame on me and the electrician. If this is what he does with things he sells, I can only imagine what he's like to deal with with bounce houses.
