The tents were absolutely beautiful, sturdy and spacious. The coverage is great. The chairs were also beautiful and sturdy. It added a nice elegant look to our event. Also, we loved the wood dance floor. BK rentals products are the real deal and the prices are great. Customer Service: The owner Bryon was extremely nice and so helpful. He answered all the questions we had from start to finish and I had a million questions lol. He respondes quickly and is very professional. He also took the time to stop by the event location to look at the layout a week before our event. We were a little worried about the layout for the tents and he give us many options. The delivery and pick-up was on time and went smoothly. Overall: I would definitely recommend BK rentals to anyone in the area. You will NOT be disappointed. Even though he is headquartered in Delaware, he has teams all over, so I was able to use his services even in Culpeper, VA. His team showed up to our wedding on time, and the photobooth was a hit with all of our guests. Everyone enjoyed it, and I especially loved having a guestbook with our guests' photos and comments and the unlimited printing. My only critique is that I had some issues with receiving my USB drive (with all the images taken), and so I worked with Don to get that straightened out. He eventually just uploaded to Dropbox so I could download the images. There was also some discrepancy as some of the images that showed up on the photo strips were missing from the individual images he sent over, but after some investigation, later told me that the photos that were missing should have been deleted in the first place (e.g. guests asking for a do-over, bad lighting, or test shots). I just wish that would have been taken care of in the first place by the team so I didn't have to work through all of that after my wedding. Some of my guests also informed me that even though they entered in their e-mail address, they never received a digital copy of their photos from the photobooth. Overall, I think those were minor things, and Don helped me work through the issues very professionally. I would definitely recommend a photobooth and working with Don.

I, the groom, spent 6 hours the day before my wedding pulling weeds out of centerpiece garden beds, blowing and raking leaves, and cleaning the reflection pool. Your permanent tenants were incredibly rude to me and my wedding party on multiple occasions, and someone (I'm going to assume your tenants) called the police on is to lodge a noise complaint. You guys are great at running the inside of the house; but if you're going to be wedding venue hosts, you need to make some drastic changes.
