Ok, I have NEVER rented a 50ft X 30ft tent in my life, nor have i ever rented tables, chairs, linens for 130 people either. But i just got done having/planning a wedding. Out of ALL the Vendors that i dealt with Tents & Events of Dover Rent all was the best. Meghan was great. She changed the contract everytime i needed & never seemed impatient. She always had a no problem attitude. The guys that installed the tent were also more than unbelievable. I will NEVER use any other company in Delaware. These people will get all my bizz. We went with Dover Tent Rental because they handle the Biggs Art Museum Gala every year and do an amazing job adding an air of sophistication and class to an outdoor event. They tented our wedding on 5/6/2017 at the Bellevue Manor and it was just beyond what we had hoped for. The black and white checkered dance floor was just awesome, the linens looked elegant, Megan at Dover Tent Rental is just a dream to work with. I ordered just one table for a small vendor event I was showing at. The contract was clear and to the point, all customer service via phone was very courteous, the pick up and return of the item was smooth. My husband and I were sitting down to write our review for Dover Rent-All and happened across the review written by Marc M. previously. Marc's review says he might throw a party just to use Dover Rent-All's services again and I could not stop laughing. My family, my guests, and I all said the SAME exact thing both the day of and the day after the wedding. Everyone was blown away by the sheer majesty of the beautiful 60x80 white tent with cathedral sides and the super comfortable reception and ceremony chairs. Going back to the original set up - the crew worked all throughout the day ensuring the tent was secure and kept clean by rolling out tarps to keep the white underside of the tent from hitting the ground. It is the details like that that put Dover Rent-All above their competition. Back when I first began planning our wedding we had called around to a few local companies and Dover Rent-all - more particularly, Meghan, was immediately responsive setting up some time to meet with us and go over our options. I echo the same thoughts of previous reviewers in that Meghan was such a great asset to have when planning everything out and even throughout any changes or questions. She was knowledgable and thorough in everything and always provided follow up immediately. Our wedding would not have been such a success had we not discovered Dover Rent-All and I will always refer anyone to them for any rental needs! The tent is beautiful in pictures and once you walk inside I PROMISE you and your guests will be completely in awe. I also highly recommend the SWAG lighting (christmas lighting) draped inside the tent. It gives such an ambiance to the event.
