I was told that the delivery was attempted but nobody was there. I was asked if it was for a funeral and I replied yes it was the next day. The delivery was eventually made but the message that was supposed to be attached was nowhere to be found so it was unknown who it was from. I expected to get what I paid for and some things fell through the crack. If I didn't call the plant probably would have never been delivered. Attention to detail is key.

I stopped in yesterday for a dozen roses to celebrate that august moment of committed happiness, and walked out with gorgeous large soft pinks in a clear wrap cone that left a wonderful aroma of rose in my car. In the interim, I was allowed to wander through their shop, including workroom and refrigerated display walk-in, to witness their creativity and large work orders being prepared for major events. I was able to chat with the owners, all part of one extended family, and play a little "Who Do You Know" with them. Turned out, quite a few folks. Not only was I very happy with the overall consumer experience at Newtown Floral, but the object of my affection was delighted with the surprise gift and paid me dividends on my small investment. Right when I walked in I was greeted and helped by a really kind gentleman. We spoke about our plant interests and he told me to take a look in the greenhouse. When I walked in my jaw dropped because it was so beautiful. There is such a great selection of common and uncommon houseplants to look through. All of the plants were in excellent condition and he took the time to show me some of his favorites. I picked up much more than I planned . He wrapped up all of my new plant babies safely so they wouldn't get damaged in transit. Aside from plants there are other great planty items such as moss poles, baskets, etc. Additionally, this is a full floral shop and i peaked at some of the arrangements- perfect for a wedding or special occasion. Also very convenient it's connected to a liquor store, and wine and plants are the perfect combo.
