He also got a new contact prescription and i asked optical dept to print off his new prescription. They refused and said they had to order a trial pair before they would print prescription. I waited 5 days for that trial to come in and then asked for the prescription to be printed off and they again refused to print his prescription because he had to wear the trial pair for a week before they would print it off. In the meantime i am still waiting weeks for lenses and my son got into an accident where he both broke his frames and lost them. I explained this to the optical dept and they assured me the warranty would cover the frames. A month later i still do not have the full glasses set and when i called the optical dept said they were in back order and it will be another 2- 4 weeks from the manufacturer. I talk with the supervisor and find out they ordered the wrong frames. New frames are ordered now (1 month later) and i am told the warranty would cover them. This started in April and i come now in June to pick up the warranty covered pair and the optical dept asks for glasses frames that were broken. I previously explained multiple times that they were lost in the mtn bike accident that landed my son in the ER. They now tell me i have to pay for the frames. Worst service ever and my son is -4 in one eye and -8 in the other. I barely get both his contact prescription (they also printed the wrong one) and set of new glasses (they assured me warranty would cover) in June when the initial appointment was in April. Completely incompetent staff who never listened to the situation that was explained to them multiple times. I have come here 11 years with my son and was told by one of the staff members "i have been here 2 years and it's always been this way". Well i have come here 11 years and used the warranty and never had to bring back the broken frames. I was barely able to order contacts from another store because they held my son's prescription hostage and refused to print it off when asked multiple times. If you want your prescription 1+ months later then this optical dept is the place for you.

Eyeglass World worked to correct any issues, were patient when I got a new prescription from my doctor, and offered advice to correct my struggle. I also did not feel like I was the problem when my lenses didn't work. The lenses were a problem, and they did not stop offering advice or potential solutions until they fixed it! Other eyeglass stores I have visited did not work with me very much or at all. I definitely recommend Eyeglass World and will visit them again should the need arise.

If I schedule an appointment for 3pm, why do I need to wait until 3:20 to see anyone? I don't understand why this is the standard in so many medical offices, and it makes me want to show up 15 minutes late for my appointment, except that would be very rude. So why is it not rude when they do it without any explanation, apology, or even acknowledgement? The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 3 is because I think you can expect a wait in most medical offices you attend, despite how frustrating it is. After the eye exam I was told I needed glasses. I suspected that would be the case prior to the appointment but I also went there for the two pairs of eye glasses with the exam for $69.99 or $89.99. I was told I needed bifocals or progressive glasses. My distance vision seems to be right on the money. Next I was told that my prescription would not be part of the two for $69.99 or $89.99 (I can't remember the exact price) Since I feel that my distance vision was fine I asked to have glasses to help me read and that would be part of the advertised sale. I was told the two,pairs of glasses would be ready in about two weeks. When the glasses arrived they handed them to me over the counter. When I got home I tried them on while reading and they made no difference at all. I was unable to return to the store and eventually gave up on glasses. Fast Forward - change of employment required to read the computer screen so I decided to try again. The same Dr. was there and the process started all over again. I did bring the glasses from 4yrs ago and they told me they were not for reading. After paying for another eye exam the staff suggested I get progressive and transition glasses, the one pair of glasses were about $650 after discounts. The glasses did arrive before I started my new job. This time the staff made sure they fit properly and made some frame adjustments and had me read a small font. Since I've never worn glasses before it took me about a week to get used to them. A week later I returned again and asked for a pair of reading glasses and in an effort to save money I asked them to reuse the frames from 4yrs ago. When those glasses showed up I just took them over the counter and left the store. When I got home history was repeating itself. The reading glasses were useless. This time I did not wait 4yrs, upon returning to the store the admitted they made a mistake and put the distance prescription in the frames. (The same ones from 4yrs ago) Hmmmm. They did fix it.

He's not rough with them. He literally turned his head to the left and the frame cracked and the lens popped out. If you don't purchase the warranty, Standard Optical won't help, even if the frames are defective. For now, we keep using the plastic welder. Once it's been a year, we're going to the vision center in Walmart even though they don't accept our insurance. We've had a fantastic experience with them in the past.

The place was beautiful and clean and the Doctor and staff were very kind and helpful. I needed a small lens adjustment on the driving glasses and they were very nice and professional about a re-examination and getting me the right lens. I'm super happy with the driving glasses now. These…read moreprofessionals know what they are doing and always have the utmost respect and best care in mind for patients. The ICU is THE BEST! Kelley was AMAZING! My wife was in for unknown reasons of a heart stoppage and Kelley was like a whole human medical pit crew on the first night of admission to ICU. She was in and out constantly regulating the medicines to make sure all the numbers lined up. After that Brooke and Claire were absolutely medically and humanly AMAZING as well! We felt that not only were they of the highest quality professionals but that they actually cared. You could "feel it". We were wonderfully blessed to be able to have this level of care in an emergency situation so close to us. Trust me, if your life depends on it, you'd be so fortunate to end up here.

I being an adult woman crying & shaking uncontrollable in pain while with your Doctor on the phone at the same time saying Norco 7.5's are way strong for a major surgery & your pain & both me & my husband said we have never heard of this prior & this is inhumane.
