I chose to order over the phone to ensure I was getting what I wanted to be ordered from what was available on their website. What i ordered (deluxe version of below picture) and what was delivered was NOT comparable at all. I called H&J to try to find a way for them to make this right and was told they did not have the flowers in the purchased arrangement so they changed them (without letting me know). Told me they stood by their delivery and that I got my monies worth. I asked them multiple times to deliver what I paid for and I was told they would be happy to go and pick up the order from where it was delivered and refund if I wasn't satisfied with the arrangement. Never offered to actually deliver what they sold or to make it right. So disappointed. Never again.

This year my bestie and I took my nephew for the first time which was so much fun and a memory I will cherish forever.  Make sure you're wearing good shoes, are bundled up and prepared to spend a decent amount of time in the maze. They also have an insane amount of beautiful flowers, and overflowing baskets of fall favorites (gourds, squash, little pumpkins, etc).  This is definitely the place to go in the fall.

I recieved another arrangement this week which appeared mass produced- boring and flowers were unhealthy - started to turn brown the second day ( which was Christmas) And yes - I added water.
