I and my family have used Crystal Springs for years because of the consistently friendly, competent service, the high quality arrangements and the good value. Even ordering from out of town, I know I can count on Crystal Springs to deliver a beautiful arrangement with care. If they need to change something about the arrangement, they will take the time to call and discuss it which I appreciate. They have some of the best flowers in the county. Amazing greenhouse selection with knowledgeable staff. Their flowers used to be expensive but now some of their prices on perennials beat Lowes and the big box stores. They definitely have the best geraniums and selection around. The funeral arrangements I ordered through the florist were very beautiful. They did inform more of a flower shortage (early covid days) and substituted some flowers but it was well done none the less read more

The best florist / garden shop in this area by far. Relatively speaking it is a 5 star location but I gave it 4 stars as it is not as good as the very big locations such as Sawyer Garden Center. It can get expensive, especially compared to the big box stores, so ensure you "clip coupons" or whatever they have for deals. Laid out nicely and very helpful staff. One other quick item is the parking is really a pain. It is very hard to get into the parking location and unfortunately all you need is one person to screw up and you will be lined up out the street which is truly unsafe. They have both a garden store (outside plants / greenhouse) and an indoor florist type location which makes this a nice choice. You can get two done in one stop. I love doing business with "local business" so I try to use them as much as possible. However if I do have a lot of planting, it is off to Depot or Lowes for prices (unless Cyrstal springs has a coupon). read more

I received an arrangement for Valentines day from my husband. The arrangement he ordered directly on the Crystal Springs website is NOT the arrangement I received. I sent a picture of the arrangement and he was not pleased. The arrangement was supposed to include beautiful white Asiatic lilies (lilies are my absolute favorite!), roses, daisies and carnations. But instead of the white Asiatic lilies, there were pink Gerber daisies. He said the reason he had chosen that particular arrangement was because of the lilies. The arrangement I received was alright, but the picture on the website of what he had ordered was amazing! When he contacted Crystal Springs, the woman he spoke with said there was a disclaimer stating: "Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value." I can assure you, Gerber daisies are not of equal value to Asiatic lilies. Nor were they the same color. I did download pictures if you want to see the difference. The last few times I've used Crystal Springs I've been disappointed. They used to be wonderful, but now, meh. The reason for me writing this review is for any future brides to not have to waste their time while they are in the process of looking for wedding vendors like myself. I don't normally feel the need to write reviews but in this instance people need to be aware of how the wedding coordinator here does business. I live out of state so my mom and I both decided to email them about prices for flowers for my wedding and what time we could meet to discuss details. My mom originally was the one that emailed them and came to me and said how hard it was to get in contact with them. They did however finally write back saying that it was the busy season. But right away my mom started to feel like Shaya wasn't taking our business seriously. We hadn't even made the first step and she wasn't prompt on getting us information. My mom had to call them on two separate occasions. The wedding coordinator's name is Shaya. I had been emailing her separately as well. It was over a month later and she still hadn't gotten us the essential information and my mom let her know that. My mom said she again, was not apologetic for the delay or that she had gotten my moms email wrong on two separate occasions. They ended the conversation on the note that she would finally email her the info. Again, no email. With all of that transpiring most people would tell us that we should have taken our business elsewhere. However, I took in consideration it was their busy season. Fast forward a month and I finally planed a day my mom could meet Shaya and go over the wedding details. The same day we confirmed, I get an email from Shaya that also had a forwarded email attached and my mom in the email as well saying this and this only: "Thank you for contacting about us servicing your daughter's wedding. But we will not be able to service her wedding." That was it. I called and directly talked to Shaya. Once I explained who I was, she was immediately rude. I've never spoken to her over the phone before. She said that my mom was rude to her over the phone so they decided they won't be servicing our wedding. Me, being the bride was quite confused because I got an entirely different story from my mom, who I obviously trust more than this lady who was abrasive, curt and rude to me when I did absolutely nothing wrong. Fact of the matter is, they have every right to decline working with someone they feel they will not get along with. That is not the problem I have. The TRUTH is that Shaya was anything but easy to get information from, was not professional in any way with how she handled the situation and should be able to take criticism when a customer calls you frustrated about not getting information they requested on several occasions and not getting their email right! My mom said she was nothing but friendly and they ended the conversation on the note that she would get her the information she needed. And she never did. I have nothing wrong with the company itself since I never even got far enough to see what they offer, but Shaya as the wedding coordinator is the one issue I do have and has been the WORST experience I've had thus far Wedding planning. I'm glad we found an amazing florist who got us information the DAY I emailed them. That is the service customers deserve. read more

Very disappointed with this florist. I had ordered flowers to be delivered same day to my place of work for a team member. I had even called to verify they would be delivered on time before the office closed and was told the were in route. They never arrived. I was told the next day that they had mistakenly put in the wrong address and therefore were unable to deliver the flowers. I had told them at this point the person the flowers were meant for was no longer at the office and the office was closed until Monday. I was told the flowers were out for delivery, but I had told Crystal florists to cancel the order. Apparently the flowers were delivered to the closed office and I am still going to be charged . "They are very sorry they went to the incorrect address and didn't deliver on time, but the product has now been delivered." I asked if I could return this "product" to be refunded when office opens again Monday and was told no. My intention was to give flowers to someone who was down to lighten their day, but instead was let down by the florist and their customer service. read more

I have always used this florist for as long as I can remember but will longer do so. I moved away many years ago and always felt that the quality of the flowers were always their top priority. Unfortunately this past Saturday I experienced a great disappointment in the quality of the flowers Their prices have always been high but I felt they were truly justified My fathers funeral was on Saturday and I ordered the flowers to be delivered on Friday to the funeral home. To my surprise the potted pant that took and extreme amount of time to talk to someone about the cost and what I wanted was NOT the pot I ordered. they of course charged me another 45.00 on top of the 50.00 because it was for a funeral. The casket arrangement, although was beautiful on Friday evening was completely dead by Saturday morning of my fathers funeral at a cost of 314.00 bucks. What a rip off and what a way to do business.
